Very convenient for the beach and all downtown. I paid a little extra for ocean view. The pool area is a little off putting and the pool is murky. But still nice and appreciated.

When I arrived at the hotel, they told me that my room was not available and suggested another hotel that was subpar and much further away from the beach. I reserved this hotel because it was beachfront. So I cancelled my reservation and scrambled to find a new hotel to stay.

Basic I get mad when I am deceived or taken for an idiot. The hotel advertised for a room with sea view and that’s why I booked a room with sea view… the photos of the room that I booked show full Seaview… I get there and I am offered a room with partial sea view… as there is a huge hotel blocking your view… very deceptive… if you offer and show full sea view in your room photos, why do you deceive the world and offer only partial sea views at most

good location, close to the beach and restaurants, big and clean room. we arrived very early in nha trang via night bus and were able to check in early at 8 am, which was very appreciated. although the seaview is mostly blocked by the building in front of it, you could see it a little bit which was nice. the cleaning service cleans very well, although they were quite early (8:45ish). the minibar has some nice snacks and drinks for a reasonable price. the pool is unfortunately shaded by the buildings surrounding it, so we didn't use it, we also never saw other people there when we went to check it out a few times. the breakfast was okay, buffet style with a station where you can get omelettes or scrambled eggs, but if you come late, the coffee is not warm any more and most of the buffet is gone. the staff doesn't speak english very well, luckily there is google translate!

Near to the beach Condition of the room. Wasn't clean ? and needs maintenance. The swimming pool is not usable. And the breakfast is not what advertising on booking.com

Everything is great from staff to price to sea views from room and pool due to my room upgrade. Wifi could be better but I think this is a Nha Trang problem. Also decided to change hotels when pool broke. Staff was very honest and told me it would not be fixed during my stay.

The room was very large and beds were comfortable with good pillows. The staff were pleasent. The free breakfast provided was ok but I think you can get good cheap breakfast at many restaurants in the area. The room was mostly clean but the bathroom was quite dirty with a build up of mold in many places. The hotel is definately older, you can tell it needs some TLC. The pool was GROSS, covered in thick algae, not swimmable, so it was very dissapointing for us.

Nice to have breakfast and a pool with a view. This is a hotel past it’s prime. Go to LaRosa instead for something cheaper and newer. Our room smelt like smoke. Overall it didn’t really feel clean. We also didn’t get a blanket, just a sheet.
