Nothing to like about this property. Bad experience overall, except the cleaning staffs were helpful The room was not very clean with odd smell, the elevator was a disaster. Wait 15 minutes minimum to go up or down and only one side of the elevator for customers. The location is okay, it was during a festival so lots of street were blocked, hard to book transportation

The fact that there are not enough elevators for so many people. It took ages just to go up and down from your room.

The room was AMAZING! Beautiful balcony and located in the center of the city.

The location of the hotel was perfect, and the view from the room balcony was absolutely beautiful. However, the room had a strong smell of cigarettes and something else unpleasant, which was disappointing. The curtains were very dirty, which really put me off and made the stay less enjoyable.

The hotel is in a good location with a great morning breakfast. The hotel runs a night club on the 40th floor most nights that goes on until 12.30 AM. If you're on the 20th floor or higher, you basically have front row seats to that club. It's an open air night club and the hallways in this hotel are open air too, meaning you can hear the entire DJ set the whole way through. The hotel doesn't look like it's being maintained well. The wallpaper is peeling, the bathroom curtains have mould on them, half the hallways lights don't work. It's unfortunately beyond its prime.

Very spacious & modern hotel with huge, stylish rooms with balconies. Excellent location right in the middle of Nha Trang, with shopping, restaurants & the beach at your finger tips Sometimes the housekeeping staff were a bit slow.

Location. Room size. Very walkable location. Elevators need light showing they are there...only because a lot of elevators to try to figure out which one is going to open. Only a trivial issue.

Location was excellent. Elevators was a challenge. You always had to wait for a long time and then when it finally arrives it’s jammed packed. Very inconvenient and time consuming. Very stuffy, no air. Also it doesn’t have a sign to let you know weather it’s going up or down. Also the room smelled moldy I think due to the air conditioning.

Swimming pool, location, massage Early morning they are coming to clean rooms. Even of you put no ring, they are knocking to the door.

The location of the hotel was good. The building is old, and the rooms are worn out, which is noticeable on the walls and the front door. We had an issue with our toilet, but they fixed it quickly. As some have already mentioned, the elevators are a nightmare—you sometimes have to wait around 5–8 minutes before you can get one. The housekeeping staff forgets to refill essentials like toilet paper. Our bedsheet was torn from day one, and they didn’t even change it during the three days we stayed at the hotel. The receptionists are not proficient in English, and we received incorrect information from day one regarding beach towels and other details. The breakfast was nothing like what they present on the website. There were very few options for a Western breakfast—only one type of bread that we saw. It was also very crowded and somehow felt messy.

Close to every facilities

The views from the rooms and the amazing infinity pool that wraps around the top floor of the building. Convenient to the city so easy to walk around. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was abundant. We were offered a birthday cake which was a lovely touch. The time that it took for use the elevators which is out of their control. The hotel has many lifts working overtime to accomodate the number of people. Out on our window ledge were old cigarette butts that had not been cleaned. Window opens really wide and easy for someone to get out (we were on the 36th floor)!!

What can I say absolutely amazing, breakfast was amazing, the rooftop pool spectacular and rooftop views

Spacious room and nice interior. You can only go to swimming pool on 40th rooftop once a day. I booked 4 days 3 nights for 3 families but only knew the pool was closed for maintenance for 2 days and we didnt have access to the pool which was one of the reason we chose this hotel.

The location is fantastic, also liked the rooftop pool. Had the buffet breakfast once which had many options. It’s been mentioned in lots of reviews already, but the lift takes forever which is strange considering there are about 6 of them.
