The staff are the highlight. So kind and willing to help. The happiest and most helpful doorman in the world! We had an unfortunate electrical problem in our room shortly after we checked in, they promptly checked it out, and when they realized they couldn’t fix it, they upgraded us to a different room. Inconvenient, but things happen, and they fixed it promptly. Super clean, breakfast was great with lots of options, beds were comfortable, linens were great! Again, staff were exceptionally helpful, kind,warm and friendly.

The room was a really good size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff were exceptional!!! We recieved a lot of odd emails, saying our room away cancelled and asking for updated details. In the end all was fine but it was stressful thinking our room had been cancelled days before arriving.

Really enjoyed my stay, got upgraded and the room king suite was huge! Modern with contemporary bathroom. Soundproofed well. Staff were professional and very helpful. Beautiful roof top pool and cafe an amazing view over the city. Even had free loungers had umbrellas on the beach. Couldn’t have found a better hotel in this budget. I had to ask for toilet paper twice - the house keeping don’t check everything in the rooms and bathrooms

A lot shops and restaurants around. Welcome was good. Their facilities and services are geared toward families with children, which piqued my interest and excitement as we were traveling with our 2-year-old daughter. However, I was disappointed as the concept was promising, but in practice, they didn't seem to consider the needs of parents and lacked a good understanding of how to cater to families with kids. Most review seem come from their advert to give free gift to people gave them good review. There is no on-site parking available; only street parking or a car park located 200 meters away. The breakfast offered had an abundance of sugary options; the only healthy choices were steamed vegetables, salad, and fresh fruits. Coffee is so bad quality. The staff at the swimming pool were preoccupied with their phones at the bar and showed little concern for the customers. There were no towels available, and we had to descend to our room with our wet baby without anyone offering assistance. The playground for kids was of good quality, and our child was excited to play there. However, since she is only 2 years old, we had to closely supervise her. Surprisingly, they required babies to wear socks in the play area. We purchased socks for her and took her in, but after just 5 minutes, a staff member informed us that we couldn't stay without socks. The charge of 15,000 VND seemed insignificant, but it appeared they were trying to profit from selling socks, which was disappointing and uncomfortable. I had hoped this hotel would become our go-to stop whenever we visit Nha Trang since we travel frequently with baby. Unfortunately, the numerous negative experiences and disappointments have left me hesitant. I hope this review helps them improve for future guests.

What I like: - Convinient place - Good food nearby - Nice helper (the boys) standing at the front door - New facilities What I dont like: - Parking - anyone comes here by their own car should be awared that you will park your car about 200m from the hotel, in a roofless area. In addition, that would cost you some extra money and the hotel does not cover it. That’s ridiculous. - Security Guard - grimmace and unfriendly. He just sits there but do not guide visitor a suitable place to park. Furthermore, he mutters about the notice that the hotel and he would not take any responsibility for any damage cause to visitors’ car when parking in front of the hotel (even for check-in and check-out) - Staff - not so well-trained. They are awkward when the lobby is crowded. They dont know how to prioritize and are not so sure about what is covered in visitors’ bookings.

Staff are wonderful. Breakfast are simple but food quality is excellent. Location is very good if you want to have Foodcation!
