Location and price Staff unfriendly, property dated, rooftop pool had only 3 loungers, pool needed cleaning, no facecloths, no facial tissue, hard bed, shower curtain was gross - needed a washing, breakfast was lacking.

OK, good location Nice but too many flowerpots etc. on the main entrance stairs, better to have handrail on one side, no big deal, staff always there to assist.

First and most - location location location - nearby sea, shops, cafes, all is close and convenient. Also, walk away for 500 meters and you will get calmness from all the buzz. At check-in people spoke English, also were willing to help fast with any issues we encountered. No request to hold a passport or get any deposit in cash (as some of guests mentioned on google reviews). Room cleaning was done daily, although superficial. Air conditioning was pretty convenient as it doesn't blow straight to the bed area (installed in the ceiling). Wifi wasn't the strongest, but it was enough to have an online meeting. Soundproof could be better. Dirty public areas: halls, corridors. Balcony was small and not much usable as many other guests smoke in balconies and the smoke was coming to us. Shower head was spraying to all kinds of directions.

Good location. Stayed for New Years Eve. Close to the beach and many food options. Nothing negative to say.

- very close to beach, great restaurants and in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang - very spacious and clean room, big beds - Staff is not very welcoming. - very weird: there was a 2 cm gap from floor to ceiling between our room and the neighboring room. This was because of a big shared window. We could actually reach our hand into the other hotel room. As you can imagine this meant we could hear everything happening there at all times. When pointed out we were offered a new room after a lot of discussion. New room however was smaller and not so good. - how is it possible to have an ant colony in the bathroom at one of the top floors

I had a good room in this hotel very close to the beach. Staff on reception very kind and helpful. Cleaning was maybe a bit rushed.

The best thing about Bonjour was the location. Stone's throw to the beach and all the good restaurants/bars. Highly recommend for this reason alone when taking into consideration the good price. A little bit rundown. Mould on the curtain in the bathroom which wasn't very nice to look at and had clearly been there for a while, but the room itself wasn't mouldy nor did it have a damp feel. It didn't impact my stay at all - just something I didn't like.

The location is fine there are hundreds of other hotels in the area that are more affordable and nicer. There was no bar. There was no gym. The staff are openly rude and unhelpful. They keep your passport even if you’ve paid upfront. The phone in our hotel didn’t work and the room and hallway smelt of cigarettes even though we booked a non smoking room. The balcony is barely large enough to fit one single person and the aircon doesn’t work properly. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.

Lovely room with a small balcony and beautiful view over the city and sea. The staff was helpful and accommodating (including when my bus arrived unexpectedly early).

Good location, beautiful view from the balcony, and a good, affordable hotel. We booked a room with early check-in included, but they did not give us early check-in. The people at the reception don’t speak English, so you have to use google translate to communicate with them.

It doesn't look too shabby. Breakfast has a buffet with options. The reception gladly helped me out with renting a motorbike. Definitely good value for money. It is minutes from the beach. The mattress is very sturdy. The pool is very small (more like a glorified bath tub). Communication with reception mostly goes through Google Translate. Check in took a long time (check-out was faster). They wanted to keep my passport or a deposit of 1M vnd. The city itself is riddled with Russians.
