The location is dead-centered in the city and 5-min walk to the beach, which is great for vacation trip. Moreover, the receptionist was so nice helping us checking-in at 4AM. The room we booked was guaranteed to fit 4 adults, even though it only had a single and a queen. I’d recommend the hotel remove this room from being available for 4 adults. Secondly, the wifi sucks, I could barely get a decent connection for my con call. Fix that please!

It's a special experience for me and my son. Every morning we wake up and go straight to the beach. Just went down to the first floor and enjoyed a foot massage before going to bed. The interaction at the reception was always warm and friendly.

Nice staff. Location is very good only a couple minutes from the night market and lots of restaurants. Rooms were okay but had a few mosquitoes. Bed sheets were a bit stained. We didn’t get towels and asked for them but had to wait till the evening for some reason. There’s also a spa with massages and nails in reception but we didn’t get any.

Good location, staff were lovely and used translate where necessary. Property has a lift. The photographs provided seem to be quite old, the walls in the room were dirty with hairs still on the wall in the shower. Two beds were pushed together rather than a double.

Great location, ten minutes walk to the beach, plenty of dining and drinking opportunities nearby ( although you'll have to look down some narrow alleyways to find some of the bars). Big comfortable room and bed, powerful shower. Ladies on reception during daytime really nice, but don't speak much English; we got by using Google translate and smiles ? Chamber maid was a lovely lady ?. My room was on floor 2, at the back of the building so not much noise, but the window just looked onto the next building across a three foot gap and didn't let in much natural light.. There's a spa/ massage business operating in the foyer so it's a bit strange walking through that to go to the rooms.

The location ist great. Near to beach and in the city center. The staff is super nice. Check in and check out was easy. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable! sadly no breakfast. But that’s not so bad since there are many cafes close by

Everything was excellent. Ny best experience in Vietnam. Anyone who wants to come to Nha Trang doesn’t need to look for any other hotel. For this price, this is the best you can get. Special thanks to Mrs. Yom(possibly the owner of the hotel).

Location was good, walking distance to beach. We were able to do an early check-in at 6am. Room lacked maintenance. Pics on the app are outdated.
