Location was quiet, a bit out of the main area but walkable. Restaurants and a local market close by. Room was quite small but clean and nice views from the balcony. Tiny swimming pool with 2 useable beds. Only one chair for the balcony which was not ideal for a couple so one of us sat on the bedside cabinet!

Really good view from the swimming area! The rooms are good and provide all the necessary amenities—towels, slippers, water, etc. The staff is amazing—so kind and supportive! Ms. Nhung and Mr. Phat are great workers and made my stay much better. Thank you very much!

The room is very spacious. What I love most is the balcony with a beautiful view. The location is great. It's near a fresh market, grocery shop and very close to spa. There is a noodle restaurant at the opposite. We random to try and it became our precious moment of noodles, so good with reasonable price.

The property was in a good location for pick ups for excursions and only 15 minute walk from the beach. It was comfortable and did a job for a couple of nights. The receptionist wasn’t exactly friendly on arrival, it was very early morning and we had woken him up, appreciate he is tired but so was we after a 10 hour bus journey and didn’t even say hello. The pool was very sad, had fag butts in it and only one sun chair. I got an electric shock from one of the lights and we didn’t get any top up of shampoo/shower gel.

Bed was comfortable, daily cleaning, refill coffee and tea and 2 bottles of water daily. Has balcony. Quiet only because we were the only ones on that floor. Wifi stable. Rooms and bathroom are small, not as advertised. Aircon has a musty smell, almost moldy...I had a severe allergic reaction the first night, ended up taking daily steriods to calm my symptoms for the 4 night stay. Balcony doesn't have any patio chairs for sitting. TV is small. Refrigerator turns off when you leave room. They hold onto your passport until checkout. I had to request for my husband's passport back as we needed it to go to hospital. They hold onto it as a bargaining tactic, we paid in advance and they still didn't give us back our passport until the room was checked. Staff wasn't much help with anything and they didn't seem very approachable. Overall disappointing for a rather new building, it hasn't been well maintained at all.

Very quiet hotel in a buisy area. Security guards on duty 24 hours a day. Your scooter or bicycle will get securely locked away at night time The new male receptionist had trouble to work the credit card machine. We both worked it out together

The hotel seemed to be quite new, the facilities were spotless, and especially the bathrooms were shine-bright clean, and flawless (which is unusual in Vietnam). Aside from that, everything was terrible. This is our third time visiting Nha Trang, and they made it the worst. The sad part is we visited with our parents, who came to Vietnam for the first time, and this place was the worst part of our trip. When booking, make sure you double-check with the hotel that they will serve breakfast, especially if you choose a breakfast-included package. We made our reservations with breakfast included, but it turned out that they were NOT serving ANY breakfast during our stay. The only options were noodles and fish soup (not even a simple bread, coffee, or eggs). The gave back the money because we demanded, we had to go a look for breakfast and all that made us late for our departure to Hon Tre Island. The staff was completely plain, unpolite, and mediocre. Why would you work in a hotel if you don't know anything about customer service or if you hate working with people? everything was terrible and got a terrible impression of the whole experience.

The value was great. The location was good. The room had a smell and the hotel had problems with the payment so i recommend that you have cash on you.
