The location was good and the staff were excellent and responsive. The property appears to not be well maintained. The rooms were dirty and linens had stains.

Check-in process is very slow. I arrived at 3 PM but I just got the rooms at 4 PM. Although, the check-in time is 3 PM. It is Saturday but it should not be such slow with 5 star hotel

Everything wad good, except having bad experience when I checked in. Not sure if it was due to booking.com or the hotel. I booked 2 rooms, but only 1 passed on to the reception that made our checkin very time consuming and annoying.

Our villa was spotless ?, beautifully decorated ?, and had a stunning ocean view ? — waking up to that every morning felt like paradise! ? The breakfast buffet ??? was incredible — so many delicious options, both local and international! We especially loved the fresh tropical fruits ?? and Vietnamese coffee ☕️?. The private beach ?️ was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing swim or sunbathing ?️. The infinity pool ? was just as beautiful — ideal for sunset photos ??! We also enjoyed the spa ?♀️, water activities ?, and the relaxing resort atmosphere ?. Every detail was carefully thought out, making us feel truly pampered ?. Very good breakfast and service staffs were helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. This hotel is so so big, so check-in and check-outs may take a lot of time waiting in a queue.

Unpleasant smell specially in the bathroom despite room cleaning service however one time the bed sheets were changed to one new sheets but it had very bad odor that they had to come and change it again. Not acceptable as 5 stars hotel

Nothing in the kitchen, for example: a knife or a plate. Too noisy and busy at the lobby. One bathroom we can not close the glass door and the shower of bathtub did not work.

Staffs was helpful. Room option for 3 persons Bedroom didnt smell fresh at all. Lobby was super busy and crowded

They gave me an excellent room on the 31st floor with an ocean view. I really didn’t expect that at all. It was so nice that I decided to book a second night.

Clean, perfect location, facilities were excellent including the gym, spa and pool Breakfast area was extremely busy and unable to get a table. This did not affect my stay and was still happy with the overall experience.

Too crowded, many guests showed rude manners, which we understand it’s not in the staff’s control. We would prefer a smaller crowd or guests act more orderly, especially during breakfast time.

Location Room wasn’t clean at check in. Room still wasn’t clean after it was serviced on the 3rd night.

We enjoyed the central location and could walk around or get a Grab easily. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom layout worked for a family with a toddler. Decent water pressure. We only stayed a night so we didn’t use the pool or gym although they looked nice. The front desk and service staff are exceptional and incredibly accommodating. We had no issue arranging private transport to the airport with the front desk. The breakfast buffet is amazing and worth every penny. So much variety!

The rooms are very big. You can take a towel to the beach with you. The restaurant next to the pool is good and nice to chill. Prices are ok. And the location is perfect. Beach is near and your in the middle of the center.
