The staff were friendly and happy to help. Plenty of choices at breakfast. The property is getting a little old and sad, before it’s time.

The shower design wasn’t very practical, even when holding the shower head by hand, it was difficult to avoid water going everywhere and making a mess.

Close to town, activities and Beach close by. Need more outlets to plug in our devices in the rooms

Some issues upon check in and check out process. Rented motorbike not available telling me can't rent to foreigners. No information when booked to hotel. Missing items upon check out. Not very helpful recepcion staff, arrogant behaevior. I can't recommend this place anymore. Stayed many times before. This time staff to busy entertaining guest from eastern Europe.

Location is smack dab in the tourist centre so plenty of options for food and drink. This also means the places is very crowded and the streets are packed with people wandering around. Plenty of action and noise to boot. Beach is a hundred metres away. Not allowed to smoke on the balcony which I asked for so I could specifically do that. Also balconies are very small and shared with the room next door so privacy and security could be an issue. Some noise from the street below but it does not go on all night.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Credit cards not accepted. Required to pay for entire 1-week stay with cash upon check-in. Had to walk 25 minutes to an ATM. Oceanview rooms overlook a garbage dump full of chickens. Chickens begin crowing at 4:00 AM and continued all morning.

Very helpful staff, spoke good English. Breakfast was ok, room really good. Swimming pool area really nice although I could not go into the water that time, but surrounding bar area open for guests to chill and bring their drinks while area is open. There was a surprisingly very well equipped small gym there compared to the size. When 2-3 people work out it’s ideal. It is on rooftop so great view on neighboring modern building quite an experience. Very good experience overall especially because of the helpful staff. This would be 100% a 10-star review. When I came by bike to pick up my luggage stored in the storage room after my check out, to continue my trip, I was not authorized to stop my bike at the front I was very harshly ordered by the guard who clearly seemed to be in a bad mood, to get down to the garage. There was no way to negotiate even if I was going inside for 1 minute. I would have been pleased if he at least turns my bike around while I’m gone or maybe brings it to the front while I had all my luggages and was incapacitated to move around with all my belongings. But nothing of that happened. So I had to move around and turn my bike around somehow in the narrow passages of the underground garage leaving very few free space, which the guard knew of. When I was in a place where I would not be seen by someone entering, i was rolling backwards, towards the entrance, then a motorbiker came down the inclination behind behind me through the entrance, still full speed but as far as I remember without light and engine on. This could have been a very serious accident if it happened 5 seconds later! I was going backwards and someone rolled on me almost! The guard was completely aware of the situation that I am downstairs, and have to turn around, and about to come out. Only the place was too narrow I didn’t have enough space to move so there front of bike is in the front they see my headlight. They ignored assisting me and didn’t tell people to wait for next person to come out before they go in. I mean this should be their job. There should be some person downstairs looking at the bikes and avoiding an accident to happen, rather than upstairs playing cop. I’m sorry I don’t know the legislation about parking in front of the stairs for one minute, and what fine the hotel can get, but it seems to me that keeping guests safe and not having accidents on hotel premises should be priority number one and it clearly wasn’t even when I told reception about this.

The hotel is very great, the breakfast is nice and there is a lot of variety. It would be better if it could be some cheese. The pool is great . The location is awesome There was a leak from the door of the shower

This hotel has a good selection of vietnamese breakfast items. The only complaint for me was that the pool was being renovated. And wasn't mentioned. I'm sure it is finished by now
