Nothing. I wanted to leave 0 star if I could Unexceptional rude customer service. This hotel cancel my CONFIRMED booking left me stranded and notify me last minutes when I’m on taxi to get there.

Good location Rooms were not cleaned daily, basic soap and shampoo were very limited, as I had to ask for a few more small packages of shampoo and soap gel, only tiny, one use package of shower shampoo and shower gel is provided, shower head height adjustment mechanism broken, poor shower design allowing for water from shower to leak over shower floor, towels never changed, water bottles never replaced after one night, what appears to be non - hotel guests sleeping in the lobby and many motor bikes parked inside the lobby in the early AM, poor soundproofing as TV from adjacent unit could be heard through walls.

Location, Clean room, good breakfast! I booked this hotel for roof top pool, and they told me a day before that it was under construction. We arrived early morning when we checked in, and I asked If we can have our breakfast that day instead of our check out day because we would be checking out very early - before breakfast started. We asked this with many other hotels and none of other hotels had problem with this, but this hotel said No. I was so surprised they said No. I didn't understand why that was so difficult and not possible to switch. I paid for my breakfast and I could not have it! I was pretty upset. Maybe in the future for other guests, please consider!

Located up a cute little alleyway. Nice and close to the beach and food. Lots happening in the nearby streets but this alleyway is quite at night. Not big windows for ventilation. So i left the ac on alot

Location is perfect No mirror in the room and the one in the bathroom had no light!! So you can't see yourself! Even the lift has no mirror!!

I didn't like anything about the facility. I didn't like anything about the facility. There is no cleaning. The hotel is dirty, the elevators are dirty, the floors are dirty, the room was not cleaned even though I told the staff to clean the room, the light in the bathroom is insufficient and dark, the bathroom door is old and difficult to close and open.The trash in my room was not taken or cleaned for 2 days, the towels were not changed,I do not recommend staying here to anyone who is planning to stay here.

The position The position is good but they have a serious problem with hygiene. They put bedsheets who had public hair and several stains of semen, blood and other organic substances. This happened multiple times. On top of that, the cleaning lady is trying to charge you money to clean your room. The staff doesn't speak English and it's kinda helpless in the typical Vietnamese standards.
