Everything was good, comfortable bed, good AC and shower. A small pool. Right in front of the beach and in the middle of the center. Easily walkable to everywhere.

The hotel has very good service as expected. Staff are friendly and dedicated. There’s nothing to complain

This hotel is well located on a quiet street off of the busy intersection. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I felt housekeeping was not great I often had to wipe down surfaces myself.

I love this place, Absolutely comeback next time.

Great location. 3rd time to stay

Great hotel in the middle of Nha Trang but set back from the busy road. Our room was a Junior Suite overlooking the beach. The room was large, air conditioned, comfortable, lots of space for luggage. Small balcony (for one) to look out at the views closer. Large TV. Water pressure was good. Breakfast is pre ordered the day before with minimal options but each option was good. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, shopping and the beach was straight across the road. The beach was clean, busy and the water wass nice, warm and deep. All the staff were lovely and friendly. The pool is small located on the rooftop but clean. Good cheap laundry service right across from the hotel. The Spa across the road was excellent and the girls so friendly - highly recommend. We also spent a few days at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang for more than triple the nightly price and feel that Azura Gold was not only better value but a better experience. Lift was incredibly slow - although still better than climbing stairs. Could do with a bit of modernisation.

The staff here went above and beyond for me when I realized I had forgotten my passport back on the plane when we landed. I didn't download WhatsApp before I came here cause I didn't think i needed to make a call.. There wasn't a US embassy around so I wasn't sure what to do. Kang, one of the front desk receptionist, called the airport and got into contact with a representative from the airline which I thi k I had lost it at. They told him to call lost and found but was given the wrong number. Kang and his colleague at the front desk had to do some internet search for me before they finally got the right number for the lost and found department who confirmed that they did have my passport. I don't know what I would've done if Kang and his colleague wasn't there to help me out. Other high points besides the exceptional service are the free breakfast choices that are included with the stay. All the meals and juices were delicious and the hotel is right across the street from the beach. I would book here again next time I'm back.
