Titan Hotel (Formerly known as Golden Lotus Central)

This was a great hotel for the price. I stayed there many times. Excellent location. I was asked to transfer money to a Vietnamese bank account on short notice, literally impossible. Booking.com has prepayment options. As a result I didn't get the room I booked, I didn't check in.

Management ordered staff to move my belongings to another room. The room was cleaned before I came back. Awful privacy invasion, staff didn't find my passport, credit card etc. My most valuable documents were exposed to room cleaning service.

The room, although windowless, had all the essentials and was relatively clean. Called the hotel before we booked it through Booking.com as we wanted to hear if early check-in was available. The lady/owner of the hotel on the phone offered us to book directly so the price would be lower. We were offered 220,000VND instead of 320,000VND on Booking, which we agreed to. Once we arrived, we were offered the same price as on Booking, meaning that they avoid platform costs, but still charge more, essentially costing more for the customer. The service we were provided with was simply a scam.

Good location Wi-Fi was awful.

We only stayed for one night but would definitely not have minded staying longer. A very nice, clean and modern room, with really comfortable beds. Looks exactly like on the pictures.

Only the location, it’s all this hotel got going for them Not much! No restaurant as advertised (false advertising) NO soundproofing rooms again false advertising. Wasn’t really clean. They definitely do not deserve a 8 rating which is boosted by a buffet that doesn’t exist. And definitely not a 3 star hotel more 1 star level

The prices are reasonable to your lower budget everything is quite okay in general. However the soundproof is very poor I can’t have a well night sleep, if you’re going to pick this property you might need to reconsider as compared to others.

Disappointing

Location was good. Room was nice and clean. Value for money. Nothing much.

Location. Everything else. This is the filthiest hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. The shower screen was so cloudy you almost couldn’t see through it because it had never been cleaned. All the surfaces were sticky with stains and residue on them. I took one step on the floor bare foot and my foot instantly was grey/black with dirt and had about 3 black hairs on it. The renovations they’ve clearly done semi-recently are the worst quality I’ve ever seen. Mould, grout falling out between tiles, walls flaking away, cracks and missing chunks of the toilet cistern, little beans/specks of some unknown substance all over the walls, sink not even attached to the counter top, I could’ve lifted it off and walked away with it. Went to open my blinds so I could see the lovely night time view and was presented with a window completely bricked up. I didn’t pay for a room without a window or view. This place is a disgrace, you couldn’t even pay me to stay here again.

Good place, easy to go other place No window

The room was clean and had all the amenities needed, the staff were polite and the price was really good, I would recommend it just for 1-2 nights, the location is just perfect The room I stayed in didn’t have any natural light, the swimming pool area was dirty all the time and there doesn’t seem to have any common areas to hang out of the room

Very comfy bed and quiet room, book it just for an afternoon to rest while traveling and i was very happy about it. Free water, towels and toilet utensils were provided. AC worked fine, TV as well. The toilet utensils weren't of a very good quality, especially the toothpaste and shower gel. The shower was missing the door, so it got a little messy after using it.
