There employees receptionist couldn’t coordinate with each other information. One would say one thing the other didn’t get the information the next day. They also had posted on Booking.com that you can have a 2 hour late checkout on there advertisment but they didn’t know about it. I had to fight for even one hour checkout, they wouldn’t give me 2 hour late check out.The next day they wanted me to leave at 12 p.m so they can clean the room for there next guest. She was adamant I Cannot stay, she had to Call her manager to confirm about my 1 pm checkout which she finally approved. It was very frustrating.

None Staffs’ attitude. None of them were trained for the job. They don’t say any words like “Hello” or “Thank you”.

Staff are very nice and polite - the hotel is as clean as it can be based on age - I went to my first room and it was not what I booked and it smelt of smoke and was awful - I asked for another room and this room was what I booked which I was a little upset about but happy I was moved - although old bedding and towels they smelt clean Rooms are tired, bedding/towels have marks - ok for getting your head down but not a long stay - shower would not work poor flow and cold so I couldn’t use it and in the heat that’s not good

It is a very cheap and convenient hotel. Staff was friendly. They let us check in early without charging. The location was lovely, you can walk to the beach easily. My toilet door couldn't close

The hotel was overbooked and the staff (Phượng) contacted me to offer us another hotel to stay, with same rate and car park. This was 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. And just wonderful. Appreciate

With got a triple room with window and it was just perfect. Room was very cleaned and quite new. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Location is great.
