Location location location. Hotel sits parallel to the main busy road. We like how it is accessible yet away from the busy road. Truly 4 star experience. Great breakfast, infact overwhelming variety from the noodles soup to the American breakfast to salads, fruits and juices. Hospitality in SE Asia is by far top notch compared to the profit - greed driven USA. Great ocean front views. Nice staffs Too mamy Russians, making me think am I in Russia or Vietnam. Wish could spend more time in NT

Nice location, very nice view of the sea The smell of the pillow and corridor. Although the staffs were willing to change the pillows, even the new pillows have same smell like sweat

the breakfast was fantastic, very big choice of food! the rooms are clean and bright, nothing to complain about. Loved the location in the center right next to all markets, shops and restaurants!

I liked the location and the hotel was clean and well run. My view was spectacular n The bed was a little funky with a seam down the middle so was not as comfortable as it could have been and the breakfast was a 7.5 so not bad

Adequate hotel, nothing special but okay Breakfast wasn’t good at all.

I had to book a room without window on the top most floor because the hotel was booked out. I cannot recommend it as normal rooms seem to be better maintained. The shower door for example was leaking. Water pressure is also better on lower floors. The price is almost the same.

Rooms were so small. It was so crowded you couldn’t use the pool. You advertise and even have a picture of someone having a drink in the elevator but you don’t serve drinks in the bar area. What a joke.

Good comfy rooms,the buffet in the morning is excellent and the location is great too .We liked it so much here, so we stay another 12 days :) Cam on!

the breakfast food was so nice. an international buffet. i like the fruits either. the view from the room was nice, the bed was so huge for 2 people and comfy pillows. we got half city view and half ocean view, so sad it was cold and windy so we didnt play to the beach. easy walk to the center, have everything around. close to the mall either nothing, everything nice

The breakfast was amazing. It was a huge spread that included continental and Vietnamese cuisine. Its literally not possible to try everything on the spread. The bathroom adjacent to the swimming pool does not have soap. They should allow us to use the phone at the pool to talk to reception.

The staff at the front desk and the breakfast buffet were polite, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. The location was perfect for our needs and the view from the full glass window in the room was very nice. The front desk handled any request with ease. Nothing to dislike.
