The housekeeping staff were the best. The gym was obviously designed by someone that doesn't work out...There was an "ab" machine that took up an inordinate amount of space...No place to do chest exercises..the a/c did not work while I was there so very hot. I asked to extend my stay but the front desk said they were completely booked. (I was willing to change to a lesser room...no go..). So the front desk and or the hotel is not in communication with Booking.com or they did not care. I just moved to another hotel although booking.com showed availability. It confused me to say the least. The other issue I had is that the breakfast was scheduled from 7:30am to 9:30am..I think they should at least extend it until 10ish? You have all these hotel guests cramming in within the 2 hour time frame. So foolish. Also they offer room service but you have to have lunch before 12:30pm or else it is closed..You could not even get ice delivered. I was told I could buy ice down the street.. Not very helpful.

The rooftop pool was good. The room was ok. The breakfast lacked of Western things. The gym didn’t have any ventilation, the aircon was broken.

Great location, rooftop pool, comfortable beds, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, great value We booked a triple room with a King bed + a single bed. We were given a room with a Queen bed + a single bed. The hotel insisted that the bed was a “large bed” and was standard large bed. Upon challenging them, they showed us the luxury triple room that had a King bed and moved us to that room. We were very comfortable and satisfied with the room and the hotel.

Great service and accommodating with a gym and pool. If you need those 2 accommodations along with the beach minutes away near tons of restaurants, massage and yoga facilities 5 minutes away I highly recommend this premier hotel. All is good!

The location is great. The staff is very friendly. Pool and space for work on the roof floor. The breakfast. 6:30-9:30 is too early. There are only a couple people in the early morning, but most of the people come at around 9. At around 9 coffee or bread (or anything else, like cake) can be unavailable. The bathroom is just a part of the room separated by glass walls.

Big room

Beachfront views, close to the hustle and bustle but still quiet. Staff were attentive and spoke very good English. Allowed late check out, amenities were good. Breakfast was good. Close to launders which was very cheap to wash, dry and fold 10kgs worth of clothes, if you don’t want to pay hotel laundry service which was also very cheap. Good price. 24/7 reception

Really nice looking room with a tub and plenty of space for the room I had (Genius Upgrade). The lobby is so-so, got a rental motorbike (no passport needed), buffet in the morning was nice but go early, and pool is decent but small. Location is great for accessing the walkable parts of the city with 24/7 staff. The building feels dated but the inside is fine, not much to dislike for the price. But unfortunately, after returning to the room there were some small roaches making a surprise visit. I didn't bother to make a fuss as it was just me but I would suggest they ensure some insect repellent is available.

One additional night spent in a Grand Suite because of 100% booking during high inner-tourist season. The room is pretty good, the staff is helpful and allowed to move the same time and not to wait until 2pm As said before: some rooms need renovation, and the a/c should be 100% controlable because automatic control (because of full booking and a full power load) made our nights very uncomfortable

Great location, reasonable price, clean and spacious rooms. The staff is always ready to help you. Recommended the air conditioner blows directly on the bed and was not adjustable not temperature nor fan speed, only automatic. Our stay was on a high local-tourist season. Hotel was 100% booked. there is a strong impression that the hotel is barely helding with its full load. Multiple rude and noisy local guests shouting and smashing doors at 4-5am.

The breakfast was fine. Like in most hotels in Vietnam it was better than breakfasts on US hotels. The air conditioning did not keep up with the heat well. We called the front desk but they did not come up to the room to check on it so I think they were aware that the system is inadequate. They took control of it from downstairs; no help.
