I can not find the telephone in the room. So hard to call the receptionist. And the facilities are getting old

Very close to the beach. Nice and clean bathroom. Free daily coffee and water. Friendly staff. The walls could use a new coat of paint.

Location, location, location! Enjoyed 4 days in Nha Trang staying here. Room was clean. TV didn't work 1/2 the time. Bathroom had a sliding glass door going into it that was very difficult to open and close, like rollers were gone on it. Weird to have that as a bathroom doors. TV didn't work 1/2 the time. Filthy, smelly and loud. They couldn’t pay you to eat that breakfast buffet. The entire floor smell like cat urine. Avoid

It is within walking distance to the beach My room had ants and I was not able to get a 2nd room key

Location is good - staff is helpful and friendly The room has not really a balcony or a window … if you don’t care about that, go for it, it’s a good place. If you are like me and can be very uncomfortable in a close space - maybe find an other option

They were very good about working out prices for the room. Loud in the hallways. Bright blue lights in the room. Not enough toilet paper. Continual barking dog outside. Sewage smell. Food was not the greatest

The swimming pool was nice but left-over foods and beer cans at the pool chairs did not get cleaned, I had to clean them! See above! The housekeeping and maintenance staff could get better training! The receptionist is unfriendly! Went by the book refused to accomodate early checking and room was not even ready at 2 oclock! Policy should be changed to 12 noon checking in (or earlier if rooms available) and 12 checking out (not 2pm checking in as it is short changed customers!)
