Venue Hotel

Closer to the beach. The room is dirty. And the fridge is broken. We have to pay the broken water glass bottle when we open the fridge where we put inside . The didn’t compensate. Definitely not coming back . And I’m not recommending this hotel.

You could here street noise.

Hotel was very nice and right on top of the action. 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of places around to shop, eat and go for a beer. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well. Close to everything you might want to do at a great price. nothing

Breakfast choices could be better and I wish the food was hotter. Most dishes were lukewarm warm at best.

Location was great, room was good and clean. Breakfast was ok. Staffs are not very friendly. Don't greet guests. No respond even guests said thank you.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Asked for a room with good view and got the room on the 16th floor (17th restaurant/breakfast room, 18th toilets, 19th swimmingpool and the fitness area with a bike and a treadmill (nothing else).) Floor of the room was not clean. Not a diligent, but more a mandatory sweep through without cleaning the corners and spots. One window had a broken lock and could not be closed. One towel had a hole in the middle. Breakfast was not good. A lot of bone pices in the meat.

The room was comfortable the staff was nice. Although the gym was very under equipped, but the breakfast was the best I had between the several breakfast offering hotels I stayed in nha Trang. By far the best cooking, good chef. So it compensated for the gym. Gym had only walking and running and cycling machines, no weights body building stuff etc. I booked on booking.com with the conditions late check-out 1pm, early check-in 1pm. When I came back to the hotel at 12:30 the staff was very angry at me that they didn’t manage to reach me on time to ask me to leave asap because next guest was coming. But I mean this should be said in advance when they know what time they are coming in that room they should ring me then or intercept me when I’m going out when they know I stay there, that the conditions are not going to be respected. Maybe they didn’t even know about it, it seemed. They said it is only if requested if I needed I should say it and they see in function of their availability. I mean I guess not everyone is checking in at 1pm or 2pm. But isn’t everything included in your reservation given. If I don’t say I want breakfast I don’t get it or subject to availability? I don’t get it. It something the management and staff should see with booking.com and everyone is then briefed on what is included in the reservation or change in the booking platform how it’s written. Not necessarily the fault of receptionist staff, but maybe management or booking staff who create the profile and deals for the hotel.

dont have high expectations from this hotel. if you book it at good price, it serves the purpose, its in a relatively good location. breakfast is by the absolute minimal standards, if you arrive 8:40, there are only leftovers. checkout is 12:00, my booking included a late checkout, which I confirmed at the reception is only 12:30…

There is no rooftop bar as advertised. Still signs in the restaurant pointing to the bar too. It's minor and shouldn't deter visitors by any means. I recommend this place.

Location and Stuff

The staff is nice. We'll stay there again when visiting Nha Trang. Nothing.

The reception Fun was friendly and very helpful The location was not the beachfront and it was in the busy small road with lots of restaurant and other staff which was not comfortable and the bed next to door so you can hear every noice in corridor. Breakfast starts at 6am so when i go at 8:30 the food was dry because it stayed too long, the beach was dirty so i did not go there.

Location is perfect, close to city centre and many restaurants Hotel is old, room is dirty and smelly. Breakfast options are poor.

bustling area nearby with lots of F&B spots, cafeteria and stuffs; quite convenient to access to landmark around center of Nha Trang; quiet room with good city view and beach view (depend on rooms).

Nice and convenient location - 3 mins to the beach on foot. Helpful staff The hotel is quite old and needs some renovation. When we checked in, we found additional guests in our room - ants. So we asked staff at the lobby to do something with it. When we came back, they’ve already solved that problem. Also there was a problem with breakfast. At 8:30 there were only leftovers of food. And nobody of the staff did nothing until we asked them to refill the plates

Location was near all the fun stuff. Walkable to restaurants and night markets. The alley it was in has affordable restaurants, bike rental, laundry services and convenience stores.

I stayed here multiple times, good value hotel with simple breakfast, daily housekeeping is offers but did not see top up drinking water. The hotel is close to beaches, night market and busy surrounding. WiFi is average, slow in some hrs and have some international tv channel.
