The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I would for sure stay again. I spent an entire week.

Tuve una buena estancia. El lugar es sencillo y sin lujos, pero cumple perfectamente con lo necesario. Destaco la comodidad de las habitaciones, la amplitud del parqueo y la amabilidad del personal. Como área de mejora, el desayuno podría ser más variado; actualmente la oferta es limitada y muy enfocada en opciones dulces. Además, el servicio de waffles es bastante lento cuando hay varios huéspedes, lo que genera esperas prolongadas

The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. They had great eggs and sausage. The staff smiles. One elliptical machine works; the other doesn't even plug in. The floors in the bedroom and bathroom were not clean. The floors are very worn. They allow dogs, not just on the 1st floor west end but anywhere, which barked, and the second room we stayed in. smelled like pets. The second room had sticky floors and drip spots on them. The staff were supposed to make notes for when we came back through two days later to have a double bedroom on the main floor so my senior mom (can't walk far & we have a wheelchair) wouldn't have to climb the stairs. Twice I asked two different workers to put notes in since they said they couldn't reserve a specific room number even though we had prepaid reservations. When we checked back in two days later, they said there were no openings on the first floor and no notes.

Good hotel in a great location near Niagara Falls. The breakfast is simple, and while the hotel is not luxurious, everything is clean and well kept. Good value for the money.
