Less than 10 minutes form Niagara falls. Bugs in the room, someone's hair was in the bathroom. Air doesn't blow continuous so room was hot and cold all night

No eating table

Room was very nice with fairly recent remodeling. It lacked having enough electrical outlets. I did not like the cigarette butts scattered around near the motel doors. The same family owns the Sterling Inn (not Sterling Inn & Spa) 1.5 miles away on same street and I actually preferred it. I would have stayed at Sterling another night but they were already fully reserved.

We felt safe, it was quite , not luxury but good for one short stay. 15 minutes drive to Niagara Falls. Thank you!

Could be cleaner.

Room was clean and large, but very dated and sparse. The single chair in the room was like a chair from an old banquet room, torn seat; that gave a bad impression. It was overpriced for what it was. And, no remote for the TV, The bathtub was very low, which was very surprising. Good location, though. Close to free EV charging across the street at the Ford dealership.

We didn’t stay at woodland inn. The outside looked rundown and was not a welcoming sight at all! The reservation was cancelled, however, woodland inn charged me 288 plus tax for the rooms. It was false advertising!

Excellent service the hotel so clean.

I will never stay again. Our room was ok, floor was dirty, outside looked like a mess, we almost left, door frame looked like someone tried breaking in. Bathroom was clean. Not at all what I expected. Sorry

Room was clean, for a cheap price it was a good stay. I will stay here again when I visit. Very friendly staff. Tv could use an upgrade but other than that no complaints at all.

Very good

AC kept turning on and off despite turning off automátic mode. The motel is okay to stay overnight or 2 days, its outdated but there's restaurants, coffee shops and stores are all in walkable distance.
-
Everything worked and price was fair. Happy to have fridge in room, beds were comfy. All Ok, for the lowest price in the area. No problem.

Passable
-
The room was clean and as shown but our door didn't seem to lock right which made us nervous initially but it was quiet. Bob Evans was close as well as Starbucks across the street which made up for no coffee pot in the room.
