litterly nothing worst experience of my life worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. dirty rooms with gum on the walls and beds as well as CLEARLY not vacummed dust everywhere. The toilet was broken and they did nothing to help us but give us a useless plunger and said that plumbers not available. it smelled like poop the whole time. the room number fell off of the wall bc it was litterly taped to the wall. the TV did not work as the remote didnt have batteries. no one was at the front desk at all times and the staff was rude and unprofessional when u call them. also was SUPER overpriced due to holiday weekend was over $400 dollars for this terrible experience. this is not recomended and I would NEVER stay here again.

The location was good. It was quiet. And easy to find. We couldn’t use the WiFi in our room

I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist during my stay. The interaction felt unwelcoming, and the level of professionalism and customer service did not meet my expectations. The receptionist appeared dismissive and was not very helpful when I needed assistance. I believe hotel staff should make guests feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. I hope the management provides additional customer service training to ensure future guests have a better experience.

I didn’t liked anything. 1. Rooms are not clean and have smell, unable to sleep properly. 2. Hot water not provided properly. 3. Managers response is not good at all. 4. The prove which we paid is not what we got

Their behavior is not welcoming and their attitude also very rude. I stayed their 2 nights and both of the nights we had very bad experience and very low graded service and internet service in worst. even I could not check my email.

Location

New air-conditioning was great. Bedsheets and towels were very clean. The motel clearly need some work but it was a great stay for the budget. Honestly it was not as bad as I thought I could be. If you are in the budget and need a bed and shower it's totaly fine.

disappointed with our stay, we were supposed to stay from the night of the 2nd to the 5th but we had left on July 3rd because there were too many issues with our room that we stayed in. Holes in the wall, moldy shower curtain, paid for a non smoke room and the room smelled full of smoke. The woman told me she was “allergic to smoke” and went into our room without letting us know prior to tell us that the room didn’t smell like smoke… made no sense. The toilet paper that was left in our room was open and had some brown smudge on it, the lights in the room didn’t work, only the bathroom light. Breakfast isn’t even offered as far as I know, so be wary of this place.
