Red Roof Inn Niagara Falls

The property is good for a short stay. Price is reasonable, and any time check in is a great thing. That said, the AC unit was very old- we had trouble setting it up.

Over priced, highway noise, no breakfast offerings, small bathroom. Was an old Howard Johnson motel back in the day. Slightly converted.

My friends and I rented two rooms and they were both dirty. The toilets were not cleaned, the floor was dirty with some crumbs and dust.

The room was dusty and didn't smell good, the lights in room 302 weren't working properly, and the bathroom—specifically the bathtub—was dirty.

Overall, this place sucks

Location My fiancé took a shower and walked from the bathroom to the bedroom and his feet were black because the pergo flooring wasn’t clean. He had to re-wash his feet before he could put his clean socks on. We feel that the floors need to be clean just like the rest of the room.

Location The staff was extremely rude, the hotel was filthy and there was blood on the sheets! Did not end up even staying the night there, found another hotel!

The hotel is VERY outdated. Rented two rooms, one of them had rusty thing, had what appeared to be mold in a bathroom. One of the room, had cables and connectors all dusty. When I reserved the rooms, it was showing that it had breakfast included. When I got there, it only had coffee. Only had two towels per room when my reservation for the two rooms was for 7 ppl. The property seems like they’re trying to maintain it. One of the rooms was facing the pool, and the door was broken, did not locked! The only good thing about red roof is that they allow dogs, and that’s the only reason I chose the place. Don’t go by the pics. I reserved at a Red Roof in Walkes Barre PA and is way cleaner and less outdate.

very bad room, unclean floor, there were any pet hair on the floor and the table. insects were crawling on the walls. very very unclean hotel, never booking this hotel again literally there were insects crawling on the walls, the most unclean hotel i have ever visited

The only issue is the cleanliness, which is very poor—completely unacceptable, especially the bathroom.

The location The dirty floors. Cleaning rags left on rr counter. The bed was absolutely horrible, felt ever spring and made lots of noise when rolling over. The walls need a good cleaning. 1 trash can, like really no one in the restroom also.

All good. The toilet smells.
