Dirty rooms hairs in the bathroom.

The floor in the room was "grimey" which was a gross start. There was a gap under the door you could fit fingers through that allowed a ton of noise in, The shower sprayed streams out into the bathroom unless you really tucked the shower curtain in. There wasn't an iron in the room. I had to go ask for a "Do not disturb" tag because there wasn't one. The patio door hadn't been cleaned in a really long time. None of the things by themselves really mattered but all together it just looked like neglect for the property and customer experience. There were no luggage carts. They did offer to let me use a cart they have in their storage room that was OK at best but it wasn't available most of the time. When traveling alone, I don't really care where I stay as long as it is clean and the normal hotel things (irons and luggage carts) are there. None of that was the case here so despite having a good tolerance for not being in a decent hotel, I still had a negative experience here.

It was a very good place to stay.

That it was close attraction, grocery store and shopping mall. Very quiet, room was clean and glad that our room had a fridge and microwave. If you needed help with your keycard they were prompt to make sure everything worked as it should. The lady at the front desk checking us in wasn't personable at all, actually she was quite rude and condescending. And checking out she's on the phone, there is a guest at the desk and then proceeded to snap her fingers at me to then snatch the keycards out of my hand and I asked do I need to do anything else she waved me off.

The room door was defective and repeatedly would not open with the key card, which was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. We also had ongoing problems with the lights. The cleanliness was another major issue. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and even the towels were not clean. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel, regardless of the price. To make matters worse, there was not even a basic option to buy drinking water anywhere in the hotel. The vending machines did not have water, and there was nowhere else in the hotel to purchase it. This hotel seriously needs to address basic maintenance, cleanliness, and guest services. I have stayed at many hotels in the U.S., and this was by far the worst experience I have had. I would never stay here again and absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone.

La verdad, no para nada me gustó la higiene de este hotel, pues tuvimos que quedarnos porque ya habíamos pagado.. pero creo que le hace falta que limpien mejor las habitaciones, que laven las duchas, …el precio un poco elevado para lo que ofrecen, no diré más …
