Room had 3 beds which was nice for us, but the hot water was only warm, the room was only sort of clean, the outside needs some sprucing up and the pool was covered so not usable
-
Overall, the property condition was poor. Toilet flush was not working properly.

The is the worst hotel I haves stayed in my entire life , is gross and unsafe , the rooms and halls are moldy and smell really bad . No shampoo or soap in the bathroom . Terrible stay and experience

Nothing I can like in that shitty place! If I could give Zero stars, I would. My one-night stay at the Aarya Hotel (July 3–4) was incredibly disappointing because the whole place is Soooo Dirty, and honestly unsettling. For $186.53/night on a holiday, I expected a standard, safe hotel room, but the reality was completely unacceptable. First, the staff behavior is Incredibly Rude. When I called the front desk at midnight within the service hours because there is black goo dirt on the bed sheets, Instead of attempting to help or do their jobs, the staff member literally told me to check out and leave the property immediately. To threaten to kick a paying guest out into the street in the middle of the night is completely unhinged. the ACs were full of dust, the floors were sticky, and the bathroom had stains, and more importantly the room lock is broken, we were sleeping in the place with a broken lock and they were incredibly rude and hostile. Beyond the terrible service, the entire property felt highly suspicious and unsafe. It appears that several of the rooms are occupied by long-term residents rather than hotel guests. There were kids playing around the property without any adult supervision, adding to the chaotic environment. The most alarming detail, however, was spotting a camera positioned right inside one of the room windows, pointed directly out at the parking lot. The whole vibe of the place was incredibly super sketchy. I genuinely considered calling the cops that night, but given that it was the middle of the night, I just wanted to avoid any more trouble and get out of there safely the next morning. To top it all off, the hotel completely refused to take any responsibility for how I was treated after the fact, leaving the booking platform to step in and offer a measly travel credit because the property was not even responding to the situation happened. Spare yourself the stress and the sketchy environment. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I didn't check in and they didn't issue my refund yet. Please issue my refund ASAP

I was amazingly surprised. Wasn't expecting much, but it is a good family hotel with 3 beds and common sharing microwaves , which is super convenient. Location is the best - walking distance to everything.

We travelled from Chicago to Niagra Falls by car and reached at the property at 3.00AM. Once we reached there, the front desk was closed with a notice that we will only be available at 07:30AM, we kept calling them for check-in but no one responded. We had to spend the night in our car after 9 long hours drive. At 07:00AM a girl finally received our call in a very bad tone and said, by calling so many times you were harrassing me. We asked the night that we spent in car after paying you in advance, what about that? She said, that's not our fault. However she gave us room key at 08:30 and asked to must leave the room before 11:00 am otherwise you'll be charged for extra stay. Right at 10:45 AM they started banging on our door to leave and we had no other option but just to change our clothes and be on our way. During our road trip from Dallas to Buffalo, it was our worst experience in the United States. From our side, we will definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody, especially if they intend to arrive later than 7:00PM

Well, the pool thats listed in the ad is closed for a few years now due to a leak i was told, there was no toilet paper hanger so your setting the rolled paper on the sink or back of toilet, it would be useful if there was another mirror in the room, people had trash laying on the steps coming up to our room, this place seems like a live in hotel and was not what i expected. Definitely not what we normally stay in.

It was not at all what I expected for that price, I did not feel safe there, the ice machines was broken and the pop machine was also, not a good place to stay Felt unsafe
-
Pool was closed and they take 100 dollar deposit before going in the room.

The room and towels were clean. The property outside was dirty. The pool was closed during warm summer weather. The office was closed on the weekend. No one responded to my phone calls to the posted phone number. There was no where to drop off the room key so I slid it under the office door that was locked. It was a very bargain basic place to stay. The bathroom electrical outlet did not work. I won’t stay there again.

This is a residential motel. It is poorly maintained (there was no battery in our smoke alarm, things are very worn). It was clean, and the room was far back from the road so it was quiet. I have stayed in worse.
