Since it was for our wedding anniversary, I asked the staff to prepare a little surprise memo before we arrived. And they did it, and it was very pleasant to see my wife's reaction. Thank you.

Room. Common areas are not clean. Urine smell everywhere.

It is a nice looking faciltie. Lots of.tables in water park to sit Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Comforter way too heavy. Water in park too cool and very small

We love the Waterpark and everyone is just so friendly at the hotel. We are all exhausted from two days of fun! The arcade is a bit pricey and the games always eat the tokens, but the staff is great at fixing the situation.

Room was modern. Liked the Boston pizza on site. Waterpark passes included. Parking close to room. Price was more than value received. Waterpark was dirty. Wave pool was closed for some time. Snack bar slushie machine not working. Price of water expensive.

The only good thing about this resort is the kids waterpark. Staff were not friendly and pleasant. There were no shampoo or body wash in the washrooms. And no other facilities at all in the room. Resort is 10mins away from Niagara Falls.
