Family room with three full beds was perfect for our family of 6! They were clean and comfortable and the pillows were great. Staff were all very friendly and breakfast was good. The pool doesn’t open until 2pm, so the kids were pretty bummed they couldn’t swim in the morning. Our windows were broken, one didn’t have a screen and the other wouldn’t close/lock. The small refrigerator was broken and had a good size ant colony living in it. We didn’t have anything that needed refrigeration so we just left the ants to their party and went to bed.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Loved the balcony attached to the room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom were very clean. Pool table and exercise room were available for a long time. The hot tub wasn't working, Wish there were more towels than just 2 when a family of 4 were registered.

Pretty building, not in the middle of the city so you can walk around peacefully Nothing

The location was ok. Was a little far from most things Language barrier checking in. No rails on steps. Steps actually falling apart. Had to park in back which was sketchy to say the least. Asked for a blanket did not know what it was and said no they didn’t have any. Mattresses so bad if you have any back issues do not stay there. No outlets.. extension cords everywhere . No plastic cups but had regular coffee mugs filled with all kinds of stuff for coffee, but dirty just to drink from. Would not stay there again!!

It was quaint not your standard hotel room, decor from the 1970's The room was clean but beaten up and dark and dated, could have used a fresh paint job. The maid didn't come in and make up the bed or restock the room.The breakfast wasn't very good. There was no elevator so if you aren't able to manage stairs stay away. Most of the staff couldn't understand english
