Comfort Hotel

Clean and quiet and very friendly staff. Would be nice to have a hot breakfast.

Staff, cleanliness and location Our bathroom sink was draining very slowly! There’s more than likely a clog in it. The smell of the air freshener or cleaning solutions the cleaning staff uses are very strong smell wise. My boyfriend has allergies and sensitivity to chemicals so we had to immediately open the window and hotel room door to create wind tunnel to get some fresh air moving through.

New , clean Parking was an extra $20. I’m not sure if Booking.com told me that or not but I feel $20 was too much for overnight parking

The fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The hall floors were not clean. The young lady at the front desk was not at all friendly. When you sat down in the bed it squeaked. The breakfast area was far too small for the number of guests. The bathroom needs an update: replace the toilet paper holder which was rusty, the outside bottom edge of the bathtub was dirty/mildew. The EV charger was not working although advertised at the property.

The front desk employee spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner and used abusive language that made us feel unwelcome and humiliated. Instead of helping us, the staff laughed at us and made the situation even worse. Seeing my young child experience this treatment was heartbreaking. No family should ever be treated this way. Customer service was nonexistent, and the staff showed no respect, kindness, or professionalism. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly discourage anyone—especially families with young children—from booking here. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. This was by far the worst hotel experience my family has ever had. The front desk staff, especially one of the African women working there, was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout our stay. What upset us the most was how my family, including my 3-year-old son, was treated. My son bought a toy snake from the hotel. The first one was charged at $4.50, but when he bought another identical toy later, we were charged only $2.50. When I politely asked why the prices were different, the front desk staff laughed instead of giving a simple explanation. My family and I felt that we were being mocked, and it was especially upsetting because my young son was there during the interaction. No guest should feel embarrassed or disrespected, especially families with small children. The customer service was terrible, and we were made to feel completely unwelcome during our stay. I would never stay at this hotel again, and I would strongly advise families with young children to think twice before booking here. There are many hotels that treat guests with kindness and respect—this was not one of them.

There washroom lock was damaged,we stayed at 310 number room.we also didn’t reported to them cause we didn’t use the washroom just stayed there for the morning

The Receptionist was kind and friendly Room: * The air conditioner was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. * The bathroom door was very difficult to open. It required excessive force, and my kids couldn’t open or close it on their own. * Our room was never serviced, even though I spoke with a staff member who was cleaning rooms right in front of ours. We left for the day and returned at night to find that no housekeeping had been done. * The soundproofing was poor. We could clearly hear people in the hallway and in the neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, we had very noisy neighbors during our stay. * My son had what appeared to be bed bug bites and experienced a severe reaction. Facilities: * The parking lot was overcrowded. If you arrive late at night, there’s a good chance you won’t find a parking space. * We did not use the breakfast area, so I can’t comment on it. * The pool hours are listed as 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We were asked to leave at 9:03 PM, which felt unnecessarily strict. Overall: This property felt more like a motel charging hotel prices. Between the poor room conditions, lack of housekeeping, noise, parking issues, and concerns about bed bugs, our stay was very disappointing. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again. Note: Walking distance to nearest attractions 20-25 minutes

Timing of breakfast

Location wasn't the greatest but not far from the falls. Breakfast was hot. Most staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Very thin connecting door. The family in the next room was extremely loud through the doors that they woke me and my husband at 6am. Call to front desk sent an agent up, but they only got louder. Some staff weren't very welcoming and never smiled when approached. Bed was rock-hard and not comfortable at all. Tub has chips that have started rusting, making the tup look dirty in spots. The parking fee for a non -monitored lot.

Comfortable room, AC was bit high so we had to adjust it. no comments

It was close to everything and the breakfast was good The rooms are very small for the price definitely not worth it I will NOT be staying here again. Thank you to the lady that was able to accommodate me getting a slightly bigger room as I am very claustrophobic and I was having a panic attack due to the room being so small. What they initially gave me was a closet. The toilet in the first room had a stain in the toilet as if it was not cleaned.

Just the location Was not clean enough coffee maker looks disgusting. Washroom lock was not working.

Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and swimming pool. Need more parking spaces
