Glengate Hotel & Suites

The staff were awesome and very diligent in dealing with our small issues. If your booking a room.with a balcony, make sure you request ine with a view. Mine faces a wall but my cousin had a better view so I didnt bother to ask to change rooms. The stay was great, will definately return. Dont expect the Ritz, it is dated, but its clean and comfortable.

Quiet room. Big and confortable beds. Microwave and fridge in the room. Breakfast was ok. Enough variety of savory and sweet. The receptionist who did our check in was very nice and helpful. Bathtub with hairs on the wall. Carpet not very clean. Installations need a renovation.

Area was convenient Parking area was poor. Someone went to our car during the night and took some valuable stuff. Repoted to police.

Break fast is very very ordinary. There is no butter, No hot eggs & Instead they are ice cold. Coffee maker vending machine one among the two was not working. The Liquid disposal bin was very too low for elderly people to dispose off their liquid waste at the breakfast hall. Also, the hallways says no smoking and every where I pass by in the hallway while entering my room smells of smoke and some other times pot. Cleaniless at the front reception, the ice vending machine as there was lots of available at all times with scoop.

Location and staff who work in breakfast restaurant very polite and helpful. No water bottle in the room

The location was good, check in/check out easy and the price was better than other hotels in the area. Air conditioning in room didn't work. Hallway was cool but room was uncomfortably hot making it difficult to sleep. Don't think linens or bathroom properly cleaned as we found makeup on pillow and hair in bathtub.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, facilities are clean and neat. Breakfast was good The lunchroom could be bigger considering the amount of visitors that are staying in the hotel.
