7 Nights Stay

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about our stay. We did not like it. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The toilet was clogged, there was no working internet, and the room had a very unpleasant smell. Even worse, the area around our room strongly smelled of marijuana, which made us very uncomfortable. The overall condition was unacceptable, and we definitely would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.with family.

The service is excellent and admirable. Upon arrival, the check-in attendant was an elderly person, and when I saw him, I thought it would take hours. But to my surprise, the gentleman was very kind and had everything organized, making the check-in process incredibly quick and efficient. One area where they could improve is in some of the cleaning details. The beds are very comfortable, and the personalized attention is excellent. The location is fantastic. The bathroom could use a little more attention to detail in the cleaning. The fan grilles are a bit dirty, as are the corners of the floor, but the sink, bathtub, and toilet were very clean, as were the towels provided.

Dirty. Rough neighborhood Staff was rude. Room wasn't ready by 3 for check in. Staff did not care when I asked about it the owner who runs the front desk was rude and yelled at me. Do not stay here. Bed bugs!!!

Nothing. All bad really Cleanliness was totally unacceptable with dirty sheets with pee strains and hairs ! We decided not to sleep there !
