Location was great. Close to the Ferris wheel and restaurants. Clean bed, vet comfortable. Clean toilet, clean sink, flatscreen tv. Shower tub needs to be cleaned near the spout. Needs some vacuuming being furniture. Wifi very slow, but at least the move lady at the front desk was up front about that.

You get what you pay for! Nice staff. Clean. Very comfortable beds. Location excellent. Free parking. No air-conditioning. Not enough pillows. Terrible towels. Name was written on all linens. Needs to be fixed properly, holes, shower head, paint and deep cleaned. You can hear everything inside and out. Rooms need a microwaves, bath mats.

The front desk clerk was pleasant. The bed was nice looking. I had a great time exploring all the things going on around Clifton Hill. Interesting that you had to plug in an oil radiator heater or open a window to adjust the temperature of the room. The bathroom sink had two holes where hot and cold taps would have gone but only one of them was being used for a dual unit tap which was also loose so it was difficult to turn the taps on and off. The water pressure was insane when taking a shower. So much so that it couldn't drain fast enough and I was up to my ankles in water. The pillows were lumpy. The room was made of cinder blocks and I could hear the next room arguing when I arrived and all night till 4am which made it very difficult to sleep. (I should have just asked to be moved before midnight)

Location, parking, very friendly lady at the reception, free coffee available at the lobby Cockroach. Mouse trap in the washroom and what looked like mice droppings. Spiders. So dirty I wasn’t feeling comfortable to use the bathroom. No housekeeping during the stay. No microwave (even if the room description said so). Wi-fi wasn’t working for most of the time, ended up using a lot of data. Nice TV but only very few channels available. I’m sorry for the lady, who’s been very helpful and kind during my stay, but because of cockroach and mice issues, I’d never be back.
