It was close to the strip It was not very clean, didn’t feel safe, very run down. Way too expensive for the extremely small room, no microwave in the room, room temperature as not very clean, the hotel was extremely loud.

Good location, close to US border, 1 hour 15 minutes drive to Toronto Pearson Intl airport. Lots of restaurants nearby. 10 minutes walk to the falls. A bit old.

One of the best parts of this location is how convenient it is—close to the main attractions in Niagara, making it easy to explore without spending too much time getting around. After a long day out, it was nice to come back and relax in the swimming pool, which was clean and comfortably warm. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay with excellent service. I’d definitely consider coming back.

Staff were amazing and went above their job description making my stay wonderful. Shower head was a little low but nothing you can do when you are over 6 feet tall

Near the falls They charged me twice once at check in and again after we left the exact same amount I now have to deal with banks

We’ve stayed at copious amounts of hotel & motels, AirBnB & VBRO’s, finding unique charm at some, spacious rooms at others, old outdated stays that made up for it by offering tasty breakfast vittles, spots tucked away & others in the heart of the city center, tiny rooms with no fluffy extras during our travels and I’d have to say I wasn’t overly pleased with this overnight stay. Entering our room we struggled to find a light switch, what were they thinking when they placed each of them in here; you’re plunged into total darkness when the door shuts. The room was clean, when we could finally see inside it. I’m not overly pleased with “hidden” fees. To stay in a hotel or motel you shouldn’t be charged for parking. When the person checking us in stated it was an extra $19 to park in the hotel lot, which by the way, has signs everywhere that states they are not responsible for stolen property or damages AND they don’t have any attendant but yet they scare you into thinking their lot isn’t safe but you still must pay to park there. I did not see anything on the booking site about additional parking fees and asked him to show me. It was there, hidden, two clicks within other areas not plainly shown nor was it included in this is what you’ll pay when I reserved the room; only at check-in did they state they have an additional ridiculous parking fees. No coffee or continental breakfast were included but rather another set of charges were f you wanted any; I did not succumb to their $14.95 each mediocre breakfast. Note: there was a coffee pod in the room. Our room was decent but we were on a strange corner at the beginning of the hallway on the first floor adjacent to not one, not two but three entrance/exits that converged at the corner of our room. This allowed us to hear every single person, luggage & cart that went past or near our room; not to mention the employees walkie-talkies as they chatted to one another. Hidden fees, very loud hallways, thin walls, not a restful stay & sketchy parking situation that had me on edge.
