The carpet was not clean, the toilet was constantly making a flushing sound, and the room had a strong musty/moisture smell.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short walk to the Ferris wheel and major attractions, including the boat tour departure point for the waterfalls. Our room was very clean, exceptionally large, and spacious. Even though the furniture is a bit dated, it didn't take away from the overall comfort. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Paid parking is available, which was convenient and felt secure with CCTV coverage. Despite the hotel being at full capacity during our stay, it never felt crowded. The elevators were quick, and the hallways were surprisingly quiet. A couple of minor areas for improvement: the water pressure in the shower was fairly weak, and adjusting the AC temperature was a bit tricky.

Staff & manager are always friendly & helpful. Comfortable room, abundant towels, great location, Clifton Hill is just steps away. I have always stayed here when I visit the Falls. N/A. Suggestion: perhaps could include a complimentary (continental) breakfast for a high-end hotel though breakfast is available for a fee.

The room was very big, clean and comfortable beds and very big windows...we liked the buffet breakfast, swimming pool and friendly staff. We forgot our two jackets in the room and staff called us and help us arrange to ship it back to Ottawa Nothing...the room and staff offered exceptional service

The hotel should at least be able to give water to the occupants since we have to pay for the breakfast That i have to pay for breakfast for me and my family members after paying the huge sum for hotel accommodation, it was capital intensive
