We would have liked hooks in the showers to hang towels, the doorknob lock wasn’t very secure and although there was a deadbolt we could lock when we were in the room, we didn’t have that key when we left the room to secure it

Its only 10-15 mins away from falls and what makes our stay excellent is the staff Tommy. His service is 10 out of 10 very friendly

The second room in the family suite does not have an AC. The bathroom requires renovation.

We love the bed so much. It's so soft and comfortable to sleep on. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just the water in the morning before we checked out was cold. Hot water not working. Just that!

It was a pleasant stay, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly snd polite. The bed and pillow was comfortable. I usual travel with my pillow due to next injury, however i forgot it. surprisingly i did not need it. Tile in shower has a bit of mildrew, bathroom has a bit of mildrew odor.

I could not cancel the second night on day one, it was non-refundable ! The room was very basic; parking Not included !

Some of the outlets were loose and so my plugs would fall out.

nothing we booked 2 room but when we came there the person on front table said he received only 1 confirmation. we showed him 2 confirmation and booking reference numbers but he refused that and asked us to book another room on extra rent. we didn’t book another room and adjusted in only one room and then in night at 11pm he said that yes he received confirmation of second room but at that time we already adjusted in one room. we recommended everything to not book rooms in this motel. They are fraudulent
