Walking distance to the Falls. Breakfast was fine - the ladies serving were nice. It felt old and shabby. The bed creaked and squeaked everytime you moved.

I like the parking and the customer service I did not like the rooms, the rooms need to be updated , painted and appealable. The bathrooms are disgusting, it made me feel dirty. Please whoever is reading this plz know it’s coming from a good heart. Update the hotel make it look nice and welcoming

Desk staff very friendly. The facility pool was very clean and it did have an outdoor pool as well. Sheets were clean. They allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot after check out for the day until we were ready to leave. Had breakfast in the morning. The facility needs some improvements - door handle to access the rooms covered with duct tape; walls in the room are dirty, bathroom downstairs by the eating area was filthy, flooring missing in the room to go into the bathroom, needs a deep clean.

Breakfast was fine. Big line for waffles. Only one machine. Very small room. The room was ok, spacious. But the cleanliness was so so. The bathroom, the walls, the curtains , the windows were dirty. The corridors are dirty.

The location was close and the staff was great. I was there 3 days and no one bother to clean my room up, they did bring towels as requested.Also the pillow cases would turn colors, create a pattern on them. The bathroom out dated, and holds moisture.No stopper in the sink or bathtub and my trash piled up from the room not being cleaned. Breakfast: I assumed like most hotels. This was in a small hot room serving danishes, boil eggs, waffles ( staff make for you, hard), juice and coffee.
