The Falls Hotel & Inn

The property was conveniently located. Easy access to everything the on-site all their breakfast was great. The bathrooms were renovated and were clean and modern. The room was OK. However, the carpet on the floors were horrible and the room unfortunately had lots of flies buzzing around. The young lady who checked the scene was not friendly at all, and they could not clearly identify where our room was located so we did a long walk before we were able to find the room right across from the lobby.

Location and quick access to a daily breakfast was a definite perk. Great water pressure in the shower. All good.

The accommodation itself was fine. The room is simple, but perfectly adequate for staying there. However, the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. I stayed for two nights and had breakfast included. On the first day, I was served, but it took 40 minutes for my breakfast to arrive. I had planned my itinerary very carefully, so this meant I had to rush through my breakfast because I was running out of time. That same day, they brought me the bill without me asking for it, even though I was still eating. About 10 minutes later, they actually brought the payment machine to my table so I could pay, even though I had not finished my meal. This was specifically the waitress with poorly dyed blonde hair. I still left a tip because I work as a waiter myself and I understand that sometimes things can be chaotic in the kitchen. However, in my opinion, the service did not deserve it. I went back the next day because I had already paid for breakfast. I would still recommend the restaurant if you simply want to eat there, but I absolutely would not recommend paying for the breakfast-included option. It is much better to eat somewhere else.

Bad

Location was very close to Clifton Hills downtown. Room had 2 Double bed which was ok. Bathroom was very clean and nice. Receptionist counter people were very nice. Parking was $20 extra. The entrance was ok not that great for the motel building.

I've come here a few times now and it's always just a great place to be. Great value!, friendly staff, swimming pool, sauna and hot tub are nice to be able to relax after a long day of exploring and doing activities. Rooms are clean, great location! Definitely will be back!

Location. Extra charge for parking. Found it over priced. Room was ok. But bathrooms need renovations. Bed made noise.

Close to the falls , great price , clean The do a great job no complains, if I would change one thing I would say for repeat customers like my self that usually stay there 1-3 times a year over the last 5 years. Maybe make sure we get the best available room possible as repeat customer

The staff was exceptionaly nice and helpful. I would have liked to have an ice machine on my floor but it was just one floor down so no real complain here.
