Location we got was exceptional, good distance to the strip, I had a room on the exterior and I was on the second floor, and where I was at I could see the fireworks display with nothing in the way The curtains didn't close fully, was a bit uncomfortable sleeping, didn't know if anyone tried to look in

Very clean hotel,loved all the super white bedding,you can see its very clean. Beds & pillows were very comfy too. Great location,close to Clifton Hill & easy to walk everywhere. Super nice staff that we dealt with. Will definitely stay there again. Hmmmm,didn't really have any complaints

Location was nice. The size of room was spacious. Staff weren’t friendly but not rude either. Property looked in need of repairs. Floor was sticky in our room- maybe from the cleaning product used? It was adequate for a night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was excellent and we had a great view of the fireworks from our balcony!! Nothing major....but no microwave in the room and the pillows were small.

It was clean and in a great location. It stated there was breakfast so I paid more but it was a paid breakfast. It was a bit loud. I could hear people talking in other rooms when I was in my room.

Great location and very convenient. The room was generally clean, and the check-in process was easy and smooth. The room let in far too much light, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The pillows were terrible and are long overdue for replacement—they were extremely high, lumpy, and uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were quite dirty during our stay. I was also disappointed that the room did not provide even a couple of complimentary bottles of water, especially considering that coffee is offered. Having water available would have been a nice and basic amenity.
