Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls

Very close to Clifton hill attractions Very out dated. Old tvs with no channels. Bathroom door nob wasn’t attached.

Great location! Plenty of parking! Pool not heated..it was too cold for me to swim.

The staff was friendly. The price was great. The location was excellent. We had no hot water. The breakfast was below average.

That it was close to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Definitely needs to be updated! We were on third floor. Couldn’t even look out our window because condensation in middle of window.

I liked it when I left this place early. This was a horrible experience and I did not like that. The mattress was a rail and no padding and was stained and nasty. the pillows were shashed and stained and had a smell. the air conditioner did not work. The elevator did not work. the shower never got hot and I left it on for 10 minutes.

Close to clifton hill. Free parking. Outdated. Ongoing construction. We stayed for 4nights and its the same breakfast menu everyday, sausage patties, egg, bagels. Everyday we need to get the breakfast coupon in the front desk, why cant they just give it all at once. Luggage trolley is also defective, so we had a hard time pushing our stuffs. Doors are old.

The staff was very nice. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having free on-site parking was a huge bonus and being so close to all the entertainment was really nice. Location is excellent. The pool is MUCH smaller than the photos make it look. Having the pool not open until 10am makes it hard with little kids who wake up early and want to swim. The breakfast was a little lack luster, but it's free so that's nice. The coffee maker didn't work in the bedroom and the built in plug in the desk was broken exposing the wires. The big window on the corner was fun for kids but it was REALLY dusty. The baseboards were also dusty and there was some trash under the chair in the room that was note from us.

It was very clean and the staff friendly. Great price. The continental breakfast was lacking. We are early risers, and the breakfast was later hours.Wish it would have started at six a m. Room was descent, but our bed made a lot of noise.Every time you would move .

It's close to Clifton hill Front and back doors unlocked all night every night, pool is deceivingly tiny, elevator was broken so wait time for the second elevator was obnoxiously long like 10mins+, constant police presence outside along with crackheads, bathroom door was broken and wouldn't shut, shower has horrible pressure, towels are scratchy, breakfast is hooooorrible.. seriously though. Tastes bad, looks bad, dirty area, broken equipment, etc. This hotel looks slapped together with whatever they could find at a value village by a handy man with one eye and three fingers

Updated rooms - furniture was a bit rough on the edges. Breakfast was decent. Could have more selections for those with allergies

Very clean room. The breakfast buffet was good. Customer service was excellent. Close to Lundy's Lane. Everything in walking distance. We would stay there again. For this trip there really wasn't anything we didn't like at this motel

Location, a place to sleep that is close to everything at the falls. Property was undergoing renovations, room was not numbered low key did worry about the security as I had a room on the first floor
