The location was perfect. We were able to walk along the strip on Ferry street and found a really cool bar called The Speakeasy to stop in for a quick/cheap drink. The atmosphere and the bartender were both super cool. From there we walked to the Skylon and took a ride to the top followed by a tour of the bowling alley (4 lanes) and game room on the lower lever. The Skylon offers a beautiful view of the Falls and the city. Ended our night at the hotel restaurant. Pretty high scale but we made it for the evening happy hour so ordered some wrapped scallops and sliders. Food and drinks were great, service was excellent! For people traveling with families, there's a Denny's across the street and an ice cream parlor on the corner. Very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean, staff was pleasant and accommodating. You have to pay to park in the parking lot. I think it was $25 or $30.00. That was more of a surprise than a disappointment though. We were very happy with our stay.

Excellent location. 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill. Rooms were clean and modern. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of outlets to attach smart devices, laptops, ipads, smart phones. Better security on the elevators. Use of Room keycard would be good.
-
Nothing We came there very tired because of the traffic and after work, they told us our room we reserved is no longer available they didn’t offer us another room, we ending up looking everywhere to found room to stay in other hotel, we are with kids too.
-
Great location, friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Nothing
-
Pay for parking, that is ridiculous.
-
Very friendly staff. Clean room. Nice amenities. We upgraded to a room with a hot tub and a king size bed. Best night sleep we had our entire vacation

Pillows weren’t comfortable. Water cooler in lobby was missing

Everything nice was overshadowed by my check in experience I booked through booking.com and paid but they said there was potential fraud as they didn’t receive the payment. Said l need to pay again or call booking.com to resolve it. Totally unhelpful especially clear descrimination to a person of color. They figured the problem was theirs - lady at reception had no clue and make zero effort till a colleague helped out and she gave out zero apology. I would have cancelled if didn’t have kids. Horrible treatment

It was full for a kids soccer tournament- noisy a bit
-
There was no parking and my mom is handicapped and there was no parking and the management avoided me and dismissed me

The location was perfect. We were really close to the Clifton Hills activities and the main falls area was within walking distance. The rooms were updated and clean. The lobby area was a really nice area if you had a large group and wanted to eat together or play games. The workout facility was adequate and the pool was great.
-
The room was very clean and comfortable. The little extras very much appreciated! And the added bonus is The Keg Restaurant on the property.

Bathtub was nice. Whirlpool jets did not work in tub.
