Price point, location and facility was good. Ample parking. Some complementary water, coupons and online checkout would be great.

Close to everything. Nice rooms and clean! Only one working elevator so you had to wait a very long time

Paying for parking and no breakfast

Our first room the TV did not work and there were pretzel crumbs on the end table. Went down to check in and they apologized and gave us a new room.

Location was at center of it all We did not enjoy our dinner at the Keg. We were 5 of us none of us liked the prime rib.

The location was fantastic. We could walk to many of the attractions. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy.

The location was great. The size of the room and it felt clean! Shower pressure wasn’t the best but it worked. The paid parking and not able to see the falls. I thought I’d get a little view, but this is not a Fallsview hotel.
