The room met my expectations. The room was clean, and comfortable. The hotel was located near all the major attractions.

The room didn’t have any table to put my kids to eat and the bathroom had some areas that need to be clean much better since I even found dark long hairs in the shower and the sink had dark spots all around. I was brushing my teeth when I noticed it.

Loved the price and ability to fit a family of 5 I didn’t like the location… right next to what felt like a rough part of town… across the street from hooters… also, I didn’t like that in order to get into the pool I needed to ask staff. I would have liked for it to be connected to the key card

The room had a shower and my grandmother has a wheelchair and the front desk explain that the room with a walk in shower has only a king bed. We were 3 people staying together and wouldn't work for all of us. They did not have a cot that would had be perfect for us.

Sam and Brian were amazing concierge’s and were able to answer all our questions and made us feel extremely welcome. The room was immaculate and loved the view! Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It definitely deserves 5-stars!! The pool was a little small

Parking wasn't included. I thought the receptionist said $30 total to park for my stay, but after check out I found it was $30 per day charged to my card. I didn't know the hotel didn't have parking included with my stay, as the advertisement only stated they had parking.

Location , cleanliness, bed , shower, quiet, breakfast. Drop off not user friendly. Maybe consider valet parking services.

The staff at the reception was exceptionally good in making sure all the requests are taken care of. Especially loved interacting with Samantha.

Breakfast had a lot of variety, it was very good. The location was walking distance from all local attractions. The need was a bit softer than we're used to. Not a big complaint.

Terrible experience with the front desk, very unwelcoming at check-in. The 200$ incidental hold on my credit card was confirmed and charged after my first night at the hotel. The manager confirmed a system error on his end, but so far it's been a month and I haven't received any refund, even after spending hours on the phone with the customer service. I do not recommend.
