The staffs were so friendly and good value for one night We could not find it comfortable enough to stay one night because of the facilities such as warm blankets and good heater!

The staff was really welcoming and kind. I arrived around 11 AM and they let me have the room at that time. I was really tired and it was a blessing to be able to check in early. The room was large and extremely clean, with crispy sheets and soft towels. There is no elevator so I suggest requesting the first floor. I ended up staying an extra day and had to move to the third floor. It was not convenient. The bed was firmer than the one on the first floor, which was a plus for me. Nothing.

The room was spacious. The bed was the kind we like. Perfect location to visit the area if you dont mind walking. The staffs were friendly. The drain takes a while to drain. The common carpet needs cleaning. I wish every room had microwaves.

Great location, clean, good staff Light from mirrors clock can't turn off or I don't know how to turn it off. Bed was too hard for me maybe ok for others.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the in-room jacuzzi was a great feature that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for visiting Niagara Falls. While the jacuzzi was enjoyable, the overall property is somewhat dated. A lower room rate would better reflect the hotel’s condition and offer better value.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and you could truly feel their warm hospitality. The rooms were spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that many of the staff members were Filipinos.
