The floor in the pool area was slippery. The bathroom also needs updating. I can hear voices in the hallway as well when we were sleeping at night.

The location was great, within walking distance of the show we were going to see. The room was basic and dated. However, the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are in need of a makeover.

Leaving the hotel. Pictures felt super inaccurate. This is not what I thought I paid for. Super out dated and felt incredibly dirty. The pictures showed a tub, apparentlythat was a different room. The lightingwas bad, no outlets to charge my phone without unplugging something. No refrigerator. Tiny TV. No hot water at 4 different times. They fixed the water. Got in. Hot water went out AGAIN during my shower while I was covered in soap. This was legitimately the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

The room (501). Bathroom floor had hair all over (black and straight) and the bathtub was old and had black scrape marks inside the tub.

It was a great location, clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a nice hotel, especially for the price. I'm not sure why they've gotten so many negative reviews. Maybe not negative, but lower ratings. When I read through before I came I noticed that it was all good about the staff, but just complaints about old carpet. But they are in the process of updating, and it's not bad to begin with. Again, especially for the rate. It's very affordable. They have a IHOP right in the building, and so if you get hungry at night you can go eat there. I think they open at 7:00 a.m. and they're open until pretty late. They have live music playing. I can't think of anything I didn't like. The pool is absolutely beautiful. I guess some people may be frustrated that they are in the process of remodeling, but it's not like there are any big messes in the way or anything like that. It's clean and organized.

It was a convenient location No hot water There fix in the am was to run the sink and the shower at the same time for 30 mins. It worked. Tv worked for 25 mins then froze on channel 49 with picture, no volume. Could not exit it for our 12 hr stay.

Nothing The TV was not working , shocking to still have the kind of TVs in the 80s. I didn’t have hot water in the morning just when I was to take a shower. breakfast was included in my booking just to be told by staff in the morning breakfast is available on site but not included. In my booking. What a horrible experience with my 3 kids. False publicity. Staff was so rude and wished me a good day when I still needed some explaining.

Great price through booking. Appears like a newly renovated heated indoor pool. Good selection of TV channels. Could not see much through the window …probably steam between the window panes. Bed was not to comfortable. Small TV Carpet in places worn out

Request for room preference made in advance not met. Pool closed for ‘maintenance’ during prime time. Ice machines not working. No return call from lost and found - (just a courtesy return call would have been appreciated) We are frequent patrons, and this was the worst. Skeptical about returning.
