- Location, walking distance to falls and Clifton Hill - Room was larger than usual - Bed was firm and very comfortable - The ac unit was old and very loud making it difficult to sleep.

Easy parking and a very warm welcome Metres from the Blue Bus tour stop allowing easy access to the local bus routes etc No tea / coffee in rooms Free coffee in reception was fine - but was the only choice

Loved it was within walking distance of the falls. Also it included parking. The floor in the rooms. My poor little boy slipped and fell. Then my husband almost fell as well.

Good location, easy walk or drive to falls attractions. No coffee maker in room. Microwave available but on second floor. Made aware of those conditions prior to booking the property so it was not a surprise.
