Mammas Inn

I arrived with a cat, and despite the hotel being advertised as pet-friendly, I was told that they were dog-friendly but not cat-friendly. This is not the first time this has happened to us, but it was the first time I was given such an extremely poor room. The furniture was ripped, and the fridge was absolutely disgusting. The surroundings weren’t welcoming at all either. The building itself is black and quite unappealing, and honestly, if I had seen it beforehand, I would never have booked it. I wish I had checked the location and surroundings on Google Street View before booking. Unfortunately, I was on a road trip and had several hotels booked, so I didn’t research every property as thoroughly as I normally would. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Location was kind of ok. To stay for one night is an ok place. Will not recommend it for family with kids. The only reason I booked this place because of the great reviews. Which was very disappointing. Would I ever stay here again, absolutely not. There is no sign outside, I had to call the office when we got there to make sure we were in a right place. There was no breakfast included. No lobby when you enter the "building" tiny little corner where the check in person is sitting. Room did not have a coffee maker. The bathroom was very small, bathroom vent did not work properly, was very dusty. Curtains did not close properly. The AC was very loud and it was difficult to sleep at night. Bed was not comfortable at all. No emergency plan on the door. The only reason I booked this place because of the great reviews. Which was very disappointing. Would I ever stay here, absolutely not.

Staff were all great and helped when needed . The shower in the bath , a common problem in Canada .

The room was neat. But I must add that I was expecting more since it was listed as a Super6 location. Noticed the name has changed as of the time of this review. But overall, the room was very nice and clean for the price and location. The staircase did not have any air vent and was too hot. Reception too small

15 minutes walk to Niagara and attractions! Near wonderfool breakfast! It is quiet in the hotel. There was a lot of black hair around; we stayed for two nights, but the towels weren't changed—I don't know, maybe that's the standard practice?!

Location, cleanliness and comfortable bed. Rain started and in the lobby the ceiling was dripping.

Clean beds new mattress and pillows The towels they smelled strong of detergent. The floor mat/towel was old and had black marks on it. It was used and abused. I did tell front desk about mat. Behind the door of our room no instructions for fire safety or emergency exist info.

Great location. Great staff. Very comfortable Can’t complain much cus the price is low so don’t expect 5 star hotel experience but I would stay there again. Not bad at all
