Delapitating conditions, muski smell from carpet No comfort due to condition of room. Very limited breakfast option resulting in hardly toucing the breakfast.

It was right in the middle of everything casino and falls on one side then Clifton the other side . Perfect excuse to get a workout on a short walk. Dimitri was awesome.

I like that they accepted dogs, but the hotel room did not smell like there were dogs in it. Everything was great

The location is within walking distance of the falls and the Niagara strip. The cleaning staff were polite and neat. It was really hard to breathe when I got to my floor and made it to my room due to the humidity in the building developing some growth/discoloration on the hallway ceilings.
-
The air conditioning and fan kept the room at the perfect temperature for sleeping, so it was neither too cold nor too dry. Although the building is a bit old, the room was well-maintained and tidy, and the bathroom was very clean. The blackout curtains did not close completely. Since my room was on the third floor, it wasn’t a major issue, but it still made me feel a little uncomfortable.

Front Desk clerk was excellent, location was great. Parking was cheap. Half hour to the Shaw Festival. We booked a second hotel for the end of our trip and wished we had been at the Old Stone Inn. No refrigerator. We used ice but not the same.

The location was nice. It wasn’t too far to walk to the attractions and restaurants. The photos are misleading. The photographed area is quite adorable. However, the lobby, dining room and cafe are the only real updated areas. It’s kinda like the old saying about lipstick on a pig. Like the pool area looks amazing from the photos, but in reality the pool itself is in dire need of reglazing- the interior of the pool is peeling off. The halls are hot, musty and it was like a maze getting to our room. Definitely not handicapped friendly. Our room was again like a diy upgrade. The grout in the tile bathroom literally fell out while we were there. The towels and sheets were itchy. I found 2 dead bugs and one live bug on our bed. The pillows were so big and hard I ended up rolling up my son’s blanket and used that. I absolutely hated staying there but had no other option since we booked on booking.com and couldn’t get a refund. I feel like many of these reviews must be friends because there is no way I would give this motel a 10.

The hotel is old charming place with fascinating dining area. The hotel has nice decent size clean rooms as well. Soap, conditioner and body wash were great quality. Disappointing customer service, they are not letting people into their rooms before 16:00. When I approached at 1600 they told me that they were going to check if it was cleaned. I believed that the hotel needed more housekeeping if even at 1600 room maybe be not cleaned yet. Parking cost 40$ at the hotel, while across the road tons of day/night parking available for 10$ and 5$. Hotel was a bit far from main attractions. Pool was very small and not usable as water was extremely cold. Our room was closest to pool and pool was empty almost all the time even the hotel was packed with people. As per site reviewers, many complained regarding water temperature in the pool, and it seems totally ignored by hotel administration. I did complained at the main desk regarding water in the pool, the hotel staff was arguing with me telling nonsense that it could not be more then 88F, while it was maybe 70F. Corridors needed new carpets. Bedding was okay, however pillows were so big and not comfortable that I ended up using folding towels for my head for sleeping. Some furniture needed to be updated including tables, night tables etc. Toilet in bathroom was sooo small and low. Overall not great place to stay.

location was good and staff were friendly room had no fridge, bed springs were broken so half the bed was caved in, unpleasant odor and very dusty. phone also didn't work so we couldn't speak to the front desk. We had to go to the front desk or call from our cell phone.
