Not liked it at all. It looks like I wasted my money. There was no cleanliness, rooms and bathroom when i entered was not smelling good, bathtubs was broken. Property seemed pretty old and not been maintained. Even Parking was paid they disnt even mentioned it at booking time.

There was a small balcony. It was fairly close to most attractions and the WeGo bus stop was right out front. The facility was in dire need of upgrade. The decor was.dated and looked very worn out. Our room was dirty, bedding was stained and the carpet was.worn out and very dirty. The room and the rest was nothing like the pictures showed. The hallways and elevator looked old and beat up. The TV was very old and we could not even cast or hook up a streaming device to access shows for our 6 year old daughter. There was only one working ice machine on the 3rd floor. Only one luggage cart for a hotel with 8 floors is not nearly enough. There were only two electrical outlets and plugs would fall out of them. I could go on and on with the rhings that were not up to par. I would think being in such a competitive town as Niagara Falls, there would be more attention paid to making the rooms clean and welcoming to guests. Will definitely NOT be staying here again. Also, do not let the name fool you, there is no room in this hotel from which you would have any view of the falls.

Key didn’t work, waited in line for 30 minutes to get a new one. Room smelled like mould and stale water.

I liked that everyone was friendly and helpful. Not very clean, dirty bathrooms, but I understand they were under construction.

nothing booked a block of 20 rooms for a wedding in advance the hotel was aware of this. We asked that the wedding party could all be on the same floor,that didn"t happen. All rooms were a mess one had no hot water one a broken lights a couple didn't have air condition. The room of the bride and groom had no T.V the light was broken and the room was a mess. We had asked for them to have the best room for pictures again that didn"t happen . your staff made errors on check in that froze bank accounts. I could go on but i think you have the picture i would never recommened your hotel . Very disappointed.

It was close to the zipline and Niagara Falls. We over slept but we still made our 8 am zipline appointment. N/A

Location was good, room clean Hotel needs renovations, they charge extra for parking , a bit pricy if you look around parking is less expensive. No microwaves or fridge in room
