The room we stayed in was fabulous. Very spacious, and as an added bonus we had a beautiful and large patio overlooking the outdoor dining area/city. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Location was perfect. Close enough to walk anywhere we needed to get to. Close enough to the train station to go on day trips. If I were being picky, I would say it was noisy occasionally being on the first floor, but it did not really bother me.

The staff were very welcoming and a special shout out to hotel employee at the front desk.

I liked the location a lot. It was in a good area that is far enough away from the tourist noise and hustle bustle of daytime work. I also liked that they always had their AC on blast. I really appreciated how our room was available when we arrived at 1PM and we were allowed to check in early. The reception staff were very accommodating and always smiling and spoke english very well. The housekeeping needs a bit more work. We had the room serviced when we would go out, but when we got back, the only thing we noticed they did was make the bed and replace the towels we used in the bathroom. My husband had left an empty can of coke by his bedside table, it was still there when we got back and there was some dust on the tables, so I had to wipe the surfaces down myself. The water jar was also not refilled when we got back to the room. I did not expect cleanliness or service to be topnotch or excellent, but I at least expected them to perform some sort of cleaning instead of just making the bed and changing towels.

Wonderful hotel! Pleasant, modern and very clean. Everyone from hotel crew was nice and helpful. The location is good, and it is closed to all important sites in the city. I liked everything.

1. The beds and pillows are probably ready to be replaced/upgraded - they aren't very comfortable. 2. An alarm went off at midnight during our stay and we had to evacuate - none of the staff members were to be found downstairs to direct people walking down the stairs or even tell us what's happening. I understand this could be due to a limited staff at night

Overall, our stay was pleasant, and the hotel facilities, room, and location met our expectations Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by a fire alarm that went off at 1:00 a.m. All guests were required to evacuate and remain outside for an hour. While we understand that safety comes first, the incident left our family sleepless. What was disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment or gesture afterward at checkout.

Great location if you only have a day or two in Nice as everything is close by. Good airconditioning which was important as we were there during a heatwave. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Delicious breakfast buffet. Rooms and bathrooms are slightly utilitarian motel style, but perfectly pleasant.

We loved everything about it. It was in an excellent location. Quiet but close to everything. The breakfast was also exceptional!

Room was small and dingy. Needs refresh and new mattress.

Staff great, rooms perfect, great location. Did not have breakfast but it looked nice. I would happily stay there again Please put a bar in the bathtub showers.

Enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful spoke English. Like most European hotels the room are smaller than we are use to in the US but it was a great value for the quality of the facility.

The Hotel Apollinaire is a beautiful hotel. It seems to have been recently renovated or is a new hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were on the 6th floor with a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only thing that could have been better was the shower. We had a huge bathtub with shower and the only shower head was handheld. It would have been nice to have a regular showerhead also.

WIFI was terrible. Gym was poor
