Can’t always judge a book by its cover. Terrible color paint on facade. But: excellent, comfy hotel. Room was perfectly set up. Everything was easy. Staff super serviable

There is not elevators, if any body has heavy or big luggage is hard to bring upstairs.

The staff were so nice , he helped me to carry my luggage and upgrade my room with no extra charge

The room was clean and spacious and the location was great. The staff was really friendly and we could leave our luggage before the check in.

Excellent location More storage space for clothes would be great (drawers especially) it is not convenient to dress from the suitcase.

It was organized and clean. The patio was very nice. It was very safe and secure. The bed was very, very uncomfortable and only had a sheet for covers.

I recently stayed at your hotel with my daughter for three nights, and I wanted to share my experience. We truly appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, making it easy to explore Nice’s city center and reach the beach. The hotel was very clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast and the comfortable room. The bathroom and toilet facilities were also well-maintained. However, one drawback was the absence of an elevator, making it challenging to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. It would be helpful to have an elevator to improve guest comfort. Additionally, while the staff was kind, communication was a bit difficult since English wasn’t spoken fluently.

A decent place. Everything was good overall. The interior is more like late 90s and early 2000s, but kept in a good condition. It was easy to find and is located in a safe area overall. I felt safe walking to/from the hotel late in the day. Shower area could use an upgrade. Bathroom is overall small, but it's not bad overall, just small, so one big step and you're almost outside the bathroom :D

Location Tired looking

Good location. The bed was good. We did appreciate having use of the refrigerator The towels were very thin, and no wash cloth. No outlet in the bathroom. The fridge was nice, but it was closed off so much of the time. Also, there was rarely anyone at the front desk.

Room was clean and basic comfort. I liked the terrace seating area and really appreciated the beach mats and towels which saved us some money. Convenient grocery store next door, but the hotel location itself is a little out of the way from both the Nice Gare and the beach. Walkable but better to grab a taxi, since either destination is about 15-20 minute walk. The room walls were razor thin. All nights of our stay we heard couples who were loudly amorous. Too much yelling and rowdiness in the middle of the night. Breakfast was just ok.

My room was clean and I liked the balcony. Location was good, I could just walk to most of the places of Nice. Staff were very nice. Thank you. None
