10/10 - very tiny apartment but everything you need is there, comfortable, clean (eventhough the apartment is not new, there were no bugs etc, which positively suprised me!) location is perfect, if you are looking for a place to sleep and get shower - thats it. There is also a small kitchinette which helped us to have our morning coffees as well. Also the staff is very helpful. Nothing

It has everything you need for short stay, even a stove and a fridge, which is very convenient. Was comfortable and close to Gare de Ville which meant a lot to us because we used trains every day to explore Cote d'Azur.

Only the location is good near one of the main streets, but also 8 minutes walk to metro station Staff were nice It is much much worse than the photos!!! Very tiny room! And bad quality, unacceptable I had a single bed bit between two walla! So the width of the room was around 1.1 meters!!!!!!! With a small corridor to reach the bed! It also smells bad Bad quality of the door No amenities! There was a small soap and a tiny shower gel I don’t know why they bothered and put a winer opener and a hair dyer within this very bad quality room It gets noisy at night due to the tram nearby And you can hear what people do in the next room And the elevator sound also annoying!!! Not recommended

The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance from Tram Line 2 Jean Medicin and Nice Ville train stations. The hotel sent me good information on its location and how to get in, and also included a video. For a small hotel, it was nice to see an elevator. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The bathroom had a hot water kettle, some utensils, and a hair dryer. The room had a folding table attached to the wall and a small stool. The lighting was good. The room was way too tiny, and couldn't even open a small suitcase fully. The TV didn't work, and the A/C unit only output heat. I wished there was another pillow on the bed. There was no real closet to put my suitcase. There was a lot of noise in the hallway at night by other guests in the adjacent rooms, which disturbed my sleep.

The room was very close to the historic center, perfect for those who'd use it only for showering and sleeping. It was equipped with every convenience, from coffee maker to hair dryer to a/c Unless you're expecting a luxury suite, I don't think it has any major flaws

The room is very small and cannot fit big luggage. For the foldable table, it should be more practical but once you unfold it, you cannot walk to the bed or around the room. The room does not has range hood, thus cooking smell will be in the room. No cleaning during stay.

This place needs some TLC and a makeover. Plenty potential for improvement to enhance the room. The entire place smells like smoke and it's says no smoking.
