We did not receive check-in information well before, so faced difficulties during check-in procedure. The toilet flush is broken. The room facilities are minimal.

You shouldn’t have booked this . hotel. My daughter and I were left outside. There was no one there to help. It's a terrible, awful hotel

It is terrible. I asked the room number a day before, but the staff didn’t tell me. When I arrived and wanted to check in, there is no staff at the reception. After I finally got inside the room, with calling sending messages and waiting, the room itself is bad. They said someone will come to solve the problem, but nobody comes. The kettle is broken. The lamp was suddenly turned off by itself. They don’t have a door for toilet! Also, there are some particles on the bed sheet.

Once we finally gained access, the room itself was satisfactory and the accommodation was fine. The arrival experience was poorly managed. We received no clear instructions (like a room number) and there was no reception staff on-site. Worst of all, despite a 14:00 check-in time, the room was not ready, and we were forced to wait until 15:08 to enter.

staff is non existent & no communication whatsoever, they didn't say which floor is the bnb per example we tried to leave our bags the morning of check out for a few hours and there was no one there even to do the check out and i tried to call and no answer

The location and room was amazing. Just that it took a while to reach and follow the instructions due to language barrier. And minor issues like the sink water was clogging

Location and price Slight confusion of location and check in process but other reviews helped so we did not get lost. Small room, could benefit with another full length mirror in the room to be used by guest if bathroom is occupied.

We have problems on arrival since we could not find building and finally when we found it we didnt know where our room is.The message came when we allready were in room

Accommodation was very clean, with a comfortable bed and clean towels and bedsheets. Personnel was very helpful in providing information on the location and facilities. We could easily check in. True to location, with essy and short distance to the city centre.

Central locating, good bed and shower. Simple and practical. Low noise insulation between the rooms and to the street, so wear plugs at night.

The staff were absolutely lovely, very clean space, great water pressure, convenient location, coffee machine in lobby! Well decorated and just lovely, highly Recommend!

It is a great location and I would even say that room was pretty big (I have no idea why there are comments that these rooms are small). I got locked out of the safe in the first 10min of arrival (it was my mistake as I didn't read the instructions to be sure that this one works the same way as all the previously used ones) and by the end of the day, 10min before the midnight, I got locked out of the room because the digital key refused to unlock the room although the code was correct. My stress level high-rocked but somehow I was able to reach someone on the phone and I was instructed where to get a physical key to access the room with all my belongings. It’s a bit funny that the room has a safe but the safe is not fixed anywhere, you can just move around the room with the safe under your armpit ? When I arrived there was no soap in the room—by the sink I saw that there used to be one but on the shower the bottle was empty. After asking for it, the receptionist gave me a new bottle of soap. Overall, it was a normal decent room, nothing exceptional. I liked that it was pretty close to the train station, and that was the main reason why I chose it in the first place.

Good location in the city. Nice value. Good facilities. Hard to find the entrance. Extra charge of tax was asked at the check-in.

We didn't suceed to stay. GPS gave to us a location near by, a lot of homeless people on the street. I called the owner but he didn't picked up. I was affraid to let the car on the streets. Practicaly I entered into another building, triyng to look for the location. And I was scarred about for my safety of me, of my childrens and my car. Latter, after I paid another hotel, the owner called me to explain. Too late. I didn't enter into appartment. From the pictures is looking nice. The owner assured me that is secured, but ... he didn't answer in real time to show me the right door so I left. I recomand to him that for the future, to give more details about the entrance. On the booking website, Gps is giving a different adress. I didn't felt safe and I prefered to loose the money. That's the story

the host was very flexible and accommodating. The apartment was really ideal causes located the right in the middle of nice you have everything you want around you so I will highly recommend it to everyone I would like also to take the time to thank the cleaner who made our room so quickly because we arrived early and we were so tired so we asked her if it was possible and she made it happen she was amazing. All the staff we meet were amazing. So thank you very much for making our trip so easy and comfortable. Very modern and clean I highly recommend it to everyone.
