Location is good and parking access is helpful Hotel is a bit run down, and we had to wake up 2:30 and 3:00 am for fire drill during 2 of 3 nights staying there. Very annoying

The location is great and the rooftop bar too The bed was so Hard and bad I had to sleep on the pullout sofa bed and still had back issues in tje mornings. Staff did not care. Breakfast was nothing special

The location of this hotel is great. It an easy work to shopping, the beach, the train station, and more. The rooms could use an update and the pool area could be cleaned of dirty glasses.

The space in the room is not optimized. We had like 2 doors in the same space… that take a lot of place and the bedding not that good we had only 2 flat pillows for a king bed

Especially Ergin from reception was very helpful with my multiple inquieries. He handled them extremely politely, is very capable and knows how to have a laugh.

The rooftop pool area was nice, albeit a little tired with broken sunbeds and tiles. The area was not very nice, and I wish I had booked a hotel in a more pleasant part of Nice. I was swayed by the fact that the hotel had a pool as we had been travelling around France by train for weeks, and having been to Nice several times before, I thought that it would be nice to spend the afternoons chilling around the pool. However, the fact that this hotel had a pool did not makeup for the horrible location - not the fact that it was about a 15 minute walk to Messena Square, the old town, beach - the distance was fine, but the fact that there was always several homeless people and druggies hanging around near the Monoprix near the hotel was not pleasant, and spoilt the wander to and from the hotel. We also found all but one of the front desk reception staff pretty unhelpful when a pair of my husbands swimming shorts were accidently taken by housekeeping from our bathroom.

I not recommend nobody stay in that hotel, manager of hotel very rude person. I lost here 1500 euro by my mistake and it’s okay life it’s life, but how’s manager speak with a potential guest it’s a terrible. I stay in Accor group many times, live monthly in Fairmont, Sofitel, other Mercure but never saw something like a this. Manager lied about help with my problem, said “my apologies but how’s stupid need be for a do that” and other thinks. I can’t say anything about stay in hotel, but hospitality 0

Location - room was good size parking was very convenient . Roof top bar was nice but only opened at 9pm.
