The hotel located directly in the city center & only 5mins away from the main station which was convenient for us especially that we were planning to visit other cities around Nice.

Location was fantastic, rooms were spacious and clean and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great to be able to leave luggage too while we explored on our last day. Not much of a view but I guess this can not be helped if in middle of city

The location of this hotel was excellent! It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 2 minute walk from this great beakfast restaurant "Little Cafe". So many food options. Just an amazing location! The only thing I didn't like was due to the location of my room; it was facing the street, so going to bed a night was sometimes difficult becuase of the outside noise.

How clean it was, the personnel and the location.

Located directly on the main shopping mile, in a walking distance from historical part, sea shore, train station, tram stop. Easy to reach from the airport. 24/7 reception, elevator. Room is clean, has simple minimalistic design, tea maker, socket next to bed, walk-in shower. Good breakfast, by warm weather served on the balcony. Attentive staff. Value for money.

Good location from train station & for restaurants and shops. Clean & has an elevator! Helpful staff. Hot shower with great water pressure. The light in the hallway for the bathroom is BRIGHT! No way to turn it off and has motion sensors.

Location I stayed on the top floor. The smell from the kitchen and the noise of ventilation caused inconvenience at night, which made it difficult to sleep. The night staff kept the hotel entrance door locked, so when I checked out early, I couldn't leave the hotel because there was no reception staff. There was no information about the reception staff's location at night. The cleaning staff didn't always leave a bottle of water for the next day.

Nothing The room was extremely small, and the ceiling was uneven therefore I kept hitting my head. The room looked nothing like the photos. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for three days, and although the staff said the issue was with my phone, other guests were experiencing the same problem. The safe box wasn’t working either. Even though I put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door and specifically asked them not to clean the room, they still entered. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel; it was far below my expectations.

I should have done more research on the location. While it was great that it was near Nice Ville, I don't think Nice Ville itself was a very central location. There were also fruit flies around the complimentary flavored water.
