Really liked it, location, breakfast, the room all was really good.

There is not really a lobby and no terrace to eat or drink something outside.

- It was clean - AC was working perfectly - Beautiful aesthetic rooms - Wifi is wonderful - Location it is the best only 4 min walk to station - Tram just outside which was lovely - Breakfast could be better as it was average

Here’s a polished version: The hotel is beautifully designed, with a modern and stylish aesthetic, and its location is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Nice. Its central location is exceptional, with the train station nearby, the tram just steps away, and virtually everything worth seeing within walking distance. While the bed linens appeared clean, the room itself was not thoroughly cleaned, with visible mold in the shower grout, dust on the headboard, and a comforter that did not seem freshly changed. Most concerning was the severe mosquito infestation throughout the property and inside the room; despite another guest also complaining about the issue, staff dismissed my concerns, which was especially troubling given the mosquito-borne virus alerts travelers receive upon arrival in Nice.

Location Noise

The location This is my second stay in this property. I’ve been there when it was under Sonder. However, I will ask the hotel the next time if I am there, to not put me on the 1st floor; a lot of noise from the hotel staff very early in the morning

The location of the hotel is just amazing, very central, 10 min walk from all the big attractions including "Vieux Nice" and "Promenade des anglais". The staff are super helpful, always smiling and with great hospitality. The rooms are mega clean, spacious enough, extremely comfortable bed and good variety of food for breakfast. I strongly recommend ? ? ?

Location, clean , everything we needed Everything

Everything about our stay was great! The room and bed was comfortable and the staff was always friendly and willing to help. The location is close to the train station and a tram stop. As well as a monoprix. The hotel is located on a main high street shopping road and near a train station so it can be a bit loud but the windows blocked most of the noise. We were on the 3rd floor so if you are really sensitive to noise, I would recommend staying on the 3rd or above floor.

The rooms at the hotel are extremely small. The parking area at the hotel is not operational. I told the hotel receptionist to make a taxi call, but he ended up choosing a different vehicle. I had to pay 65 euros for the hotel transportation from the airport. This is a robbery

Location and the fact that they have amenities to pick whenever you want (water, dishes, coffee, etc) Room is very small and they didn’t clean everyday. Also, very expensive to park if you’re going with a car
