The shower is open with no curtain or anything to prevent the water from getting everywhere

The location was good, though noisy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities were tired and falling apart. The overall design was simple, though not well executed. The value for the price was decent. There should be a cleaning tool (raclette) for the toilet room floor to minimize water and slip potential. The vanity is a poor choice for that type of shower design. The vanity is falling apart from water infiltration. The handles are both half off and missing fasteners. The many changes in floor height are trip hazards. The varying stair heights in the hallway, are very much trip hazards and would not meet building code in the US. The clean modern aesthetic is good, but the quality of furniture is cheap. The mattresses are firm which is not typically comfortable for many visitors, though I personally did not mind that. The handles to the balcony are broken so the doors don't shut properly.

Great location, right next to the train station and city center. The bathroom completely (door did not close, no towels or soaps, european floor shower so water everywhere and weird smell from the drain), no elevator

It an original French hotel.. I’m 78 and as a lightweight solo traveler I made it up to the 3 rd floor with ease..Stayed 3/ 3 days.. Sheets and towels exchanged every day. Private shower. Everything was fine

Nothing The room was super small I can’t even turn 360 The the doors was freshly painted and the smell of paint still there and sticky doors

Great location very close to the train station and main street of Nice! Very nice attitude by the staff - they let me use the fridge in hot summer (no fridge in the room) and was upgraded for a bigger room. Thank you very much!
