Best Western Plus Nice Cosy Hôtel

I like its accessibility to train station, tram, restaurants and mall. I didn’t like that the room I got, the tv was so far away, facing the bathroom door.

There were mosquitos in the room. Even though I only stayed one night I ended up with 25+ mosquito bites from the room. There were a lot of bugs in the room

Nothing will never recommend this property to anybody , Very bad rooms the bathroom door had no handles the door coil not be closed . The hotel was stinky and the staff was very very rude .

I didn't have breakfast. Location was great,walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, beach and main strip. Checking was supposed to be 3:00pm, but my room was not ready until 4:00pm. When it was time to check out, the staff was very quick to start cleaning my room right at noon while I was still getting my personal stuff out of the room.

location is good to reach the station room incredibly small .Nothing was 4 stars...

Professional and very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room, which met expectations given the price and advertisement. Bed could be more comfortable (too soft), but this is a personal preference.

Great location near the railway station and right away at the main Boulevard/shopping area that leads to the sea. Rooms very spacious with excellent mattress and pillows. Very personal and attentive service. James handled our check in and was most gracious in getting us settled in. He also remembered our names. He surely added a lot to our stay.

Horrid sewage smell overtaking bathroom, hard pillows

When I made the booking I requested a room with a street view but ended up with an inner view room with the air conditioning unit fixed outside by the window, thus leaving no possibility to leave the window opened. Room was additionally small with a poor layout. The hotel totally failed to inform me in advance that their single rooms were all with an inner view. If I had known before, I would have changed my booking . The front desk gentleman tried to help but this wasn’t the case of his supervisor who suddenly offered to upgrade room by paying €100. Conveniently located, helpful, kind staff. Air conditioning took a long while to get cold, room was quite small with low ceilings.

In a good location, close to train station and room was nice, not too small or cramped. Staff was nice enough. They were helped to heat food in their microwave. They had to charge $50 deposit, not sure why but it was refunded when you checked out.

Front Staff Maria and Jullian only! ROOM WALL FALLING APART, MOLD EVERYWHERE (walls & carpet)! MOLD SPORES IN THE ROOM MAKING IT HARD TO BREATHE AND SLEEP, BAD SMELL...Couch FILTHY DIRTY(would not sit on it). I WOKE UP WITH A COLD I NEVER HAD BEFORE CHECK-IN. TRIED TO LEAVE SLIDING DOOR OPEN MANY TIMES BUT MOPEDS SO LOUD AND A PALISTINE/GAZA PROTEST WITH BULL HORN 1 BLK AWAY! SO…NO Sleep! (The protest is every Sat.) Bathroom shower (UNUSABLE) water everywhere as too small for oversized Shower Head. Could not take a Shower!! I tried to have the Hotel refund my monies but they said 3rd Party so BOOKING MUST DO! I am asking for a FULL REFUND AND PLEASE DO NOT REFER THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, close to the train station and city centre. Would stay here again.

Very nice The size of the rooms

The shower smelled terrible and it was particularly bad in the mornings when I had to shower. Also the shower head was full of rust and dirty and clogged because of limescale The lack of cleanliness

Well located. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. The staff were complaining about previous guests when we arrived and we found it unprofessional.
