The staff at this hotel was exceptional - kind, warm, offering helpful tips of what to see and how to get around without me even asking. Also, I was traveling alone and the front desk staff made me feel super safe - they all seemed to be friendly with the other business owners on either side of the hotel so you felt like you were staying in a little hub of community. Rooms are small and AC was sort of wobbly but truly none of that mattered because the room was clean and the staff was so on point.

The bathroom was small and not super well thought out (eg it was hard to get in and out of the shower).

Excellent location, room had everything needed for a 4 night stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly and also very efficient re ordering breakfast etc. I found them very approachable and always on hand to sort out any issues such as noisy guest in one of the rooms! Some people may not like having breakfast in the restaurant next door but it was fine with me. There is also the HUG cafe if you want a coffee and they are also super nice in there. The great location means you can easily walk to other cafes and restaurants. I had no problem walking back to the hotel in the evening, felt perfectly safe.

It is a newly-renovated, clean and pleasant hotel with a super-friendly staff right in the center of Nice. Getting bottles of water at the checkup as well as a discount at the parking was much appreciated. Overall, a very nice experience! The flexible shower installed after the renovation was not selected well, as it is short for tall people (also it is very small).. so, if you are 1.80 cm or taller the only way to wash your hair was to bend or to remove the shower head and hold in one head.. which is not my preferred way.. I would also advise the owners to replaced the old carpet which has been left in couple of places.

The location was perfect, very central and within easy reach of everything. The hotel’s restaurant/café was extremely convenient and offered discounted prices for guests, which was a nice bonus. Julien and the rest of the staff were fantastic, warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Many thanks to everyone! Everything was great overall, but the bells of Notre Dame Basilica across the hotel starts ringing early in the morning, which might be uncomfortable for those who like to sleep in.

Close to the center of the city and a lot restaurants in the proximity. It was too much noise at night.

The design and color choices make this hotel unique and feel more like a home. There is always someone at the front desk with a friendly Bonjour or tips for exploring the area. Very comfortable bed! The breakfast options at the cafe next door were great. The flexibility was perfect for my trip.

The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient for getting around. It made my stay easy and stress-free. Overall, a wonderful experience with the best customer service and an unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Location was great, we walked everywhere. It’s very close to train station. There was a note in our language that welcomes us and macarons on the table. Little but thought details. :) Friendly staff made our experience better. The size of the room and shower was a bit small. Other than that everything was good.

The hotel was located a short distance from train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They held our bags for an early check in and helped get our luggage to our room. The beds were comfortable and there were locations nearby for breakfast. Our room was a little tight for 3 adults.

Very clean space, and great location! Staff was VERY friendly! Our room looked out to the church. Very beautiful- be prepared for small rooms, but they have provided everything you can possibly need for your stay.
